Great location.. great view. Great garage! Perfect stay

We had a great time at this mountain home. It was spacious and had a full kitchen which we used every day. The fireplace was also a nice treat! The property manager was very responsive. The only thing to note is that the hot tub is quite a ways away from the property. We ended up driving there since it was so chilly out.

Property was great. Loved the heated garage where you didn’t have to unload your stuff every night. The only thing is it says two queen beds two kings and a pull out but the one queen bed is another pull out not a bedroom

This was the perfect locks fin for a quiet getaway for us. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery, close to jeep trails and hiking.

We had a really great time at this property and would definitely choose to stay here again! This location is truly fabulous. It was quiet. We cooked in the kitchen most nights and played foosball. The heated garage is a plus and it was great to have a place to sit and put on snow clothes. Communication with the owner was top notch. I was reminded how good it can be and should be given my last Vrbo experience was not good.

This property was a pleasure to stay at, views were great and a short trip to surrounding cities: Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, ect. I'd absolutely recommend this place to others and come back again!

We loved staying at this property. It was better then on the pictures. Clean, spacious, great beds. The location was superb. Very quiet, away from main roads. The pool was such a great addition! We highly recommend this property for a stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication with the property owner was outstanding, she helped us out with questions we had and responded quickly! Our only thought to improve this property, would be to have a hot tub on the deck:)

We scheduled this trip in August for a Nov 21 - Nov 27 trip; Air, vehicle rental, lodging, lift tickets to STEAMBOAT SPRINGS were prepaid. But at the last moment Steamboat canceled the opening date to 12/01/2020. They refunded lift tickets but wanted me to reschedule LODGING for a future date ( I live in San Antonio, TX SO NO WAY) after a lot of back and forth they agreed to give me a refund, less 10%. . Did not like the deal but kept the fight for a future date. In Spanish, we have a saying "for everything bad that happens a good will turn up around the corner, so stay positive. And so it was with Theresa, She gave us a military discount, gave us info on ski rental. More importantly, the property was excellent. Our family included my spouse, two daughters, two sons, and young children. The property is beautiful, with plenty of space for couples and children. It is super close to the ski area, to ski rentals, groceries, etc, But more importantly, we felt cared-for from afar. Theresa, prop owner, was always available by email and phone. Definitely recommend this property for any family that cares about cleanness, comfort, safety, and property where all appliances are new and work perfectly.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing time (including the first Sept snow in 20yrs!!)It was quiet and plenty of space and room to spread out Just a couple of comments We had to buy hangers for our clothes, there were only a few (4 to 5) in each closet and the only place to put clothes were in the 2 night stand drawers Other than that, it was amazing with 2 balconies, plenty of outdoor seating and easy access to River Run village Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

This was a great place to stay. We stayed with a family of 4 plus two friends and we had plenty of room. The location was perfect. Easy walk to Keystone resort, hiking trails or fishing! Also easy drive to Lake Dillon, Breckenridge, and other sites.

The location was great. It was right on the bus line yet still super close to the lifts, yet you don’t have to pay River Run’s prices. The home itself was very nice, clean, comfortable and a great set up for 2 families.

Private townhome with amenities of a 5 star hotel! Layout is the most comfortable and views are stunning! We will be coming back for sure! Owner responded right away to any messages. Thank you so much!

The condo is beautiful and newly built! The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are roomy. There is a lot of construction going on in front and around the property so if you don't mind the noise you can enjoy the balconies. The surrounding area is beautiful and you can walk down to Keystone Village. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The townhouse is brand new and provided our family a comfortable and modern place to enjoy one another's company, the mountains, good food, and the a number of activities. Theresa and Mike have a great home, and their place is nicer than the pictures depict. We were greated by a fox who went fishing and was on his way to his safe place to eat dinner. We also walked out the door to a moose about 8 feet away from the house. My family and I definitely recommend choosing this home .
