We always try to stay at one of Paula's Tennis Townhomes. They are so welcoming, well stocked and fantastic for our family ski trips. The location along the Silver Bus Line is just perfect!

Paula was a fabulous host! Her home had everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen to humidifiers in the bedrooms to the most comfortable mattresses. Location was 4 minutes from Keystone and the shuttle stopped outside the home. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We will definitely stay here again next winter.

The location was great. It was close to everything we needed and the shuttle picked up really close. It had everything we needed, even some toys, puzzles and games for our kids. The unit was very clean and it was a huge bonus that we were able to bring our dog. The pool and hot tub were a short walk and easy to get to. We will definitely be back!

This condo was WONDERFUL! Never have we stayed where everything you could want or need was at your fingertips. The dog even had a basket full of toys! We cook all our meals and every tool or pan was right where you would expect to find it in your own home. Our family enjoyed every minute here and hope to return.

Condo was perfect size for our family. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Upstairs rooms got a little warm but we found a couple of fans. Probably could use a couple more. Really nice, updated bathrooms. Furniture and overall decor could use a refresh. We thoroughly enjoyed the private patio/balcony and its views. Paula was easy to work with. Loved the ease of walking to Keystone conference center and the river trail into River Run.

The layout of the condo was perfect and easily accommodated our party of 7. The place was stocked with all of the essentials. We had a great time.

We loved our stay here during our visit to Keystone. The place was very clean and tidy. We were especially grateful for all the board games/toys that easily entertained our 3 and 5 year old travelers. Thank you to our hosts!

The rental was very nice, clean and spacious. Bus stop just outside of the house which made it super convenient to get to the mountain for skiing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and comfortable and the host was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of the questions we had. We loved the array of board games at the property! We never had a boring evening after getting done skiing at keystone. The shuttle was so conveniently located right next to our unit and took us right to keystone resort! We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Everything met our expectations! Especially leaving coffee for us! Everything worked well. Location outstanding for shuttle. In unit laundry excellent for children. Comfortable bedding. Sleds were an added extra. Total breeze and relaxing.

This property went above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of space for our family of six. High end appliances and decor. Nice “extras” like books, board games, poker table, and a humidifier in every bedroom. We will return!

Amenities Galore
My family and I (my parents, husband and 2 teen sons) had the best time at 1334 Tennis. The property, location and amenities were amazing! We've utilized VRBO many times and this is the most well-appointed property we've experienced. My family played tennis several days (make sure to call and make reservation), swam in the pool, biked and walked over to the Keystone resort. The underground tunnels were really cool so you didn't have to cross the busy highway. We absolutely loved that everything was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Very rewarding experience
Loved the condo and would highly recommend it. No negativity what so ever. Trying to check in a couple hours early was not pleasant......seems like poor communication was the issue. Also could not reach anyone by phone to properly check out. Still, would highly recommend this property for a very relaxing vacation!

Great or Active Mountain Vacation
Everything was wonderful!!! The property overdelivers the photos, and is very comfortable and well kept. Our daughter and fiance and a couple friends joined us. The property has comfortable beds, bedding and linens. Kitchen is great, electronics all good. We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every day! We are active cyclists and always go to Summit County each year. Communication with Paula was easy, they are responsive, but really, everything was in order, and Summit Cove properties helpul. Would stay again!!!

Birthday Weekend
Perfect place for a weekend getaway to the mountains. Super clean, cozy, comfy beds, & well stocked with everything you would need. The host is very accommodating & quick to respond. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you for having us!!

This is probably our 10th or 11th time staying at Paula's properties in the tennis townhomes. So, we obviously like them. As always, the property is clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. Quiet location although close to everything Keystone and Breckenridge.

Wonderful warm week
Definitely a pleasant cozy condo. We thoroughly and comfortably enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality utensils, pots/pans, dishes etc. They even had non-perishable items, basic spices, oil that was also incredibly useful/thoughtful. All mattresses and furnishings were comfortable including the sofa bed. The upkeep of the “neighborhood” was spectacular with plenty of dog potty stations. There’s even a quaint walkable trail around the condos. We had a fantastic time!

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays. It fit our needs perfectly! It was quaint, well appointed, clean, had more than enough towels, spices, tableware, kitchen stuff.....everything! The shuttle to the ski slopes was literally out the back door.
The owners were super easy to communicate with and exceptionally accommodating. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The condo was great for our trip. Clean and plenty of room for our group of nine. It was great to have plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc that are not normally left by homeowners.

Wonderful opportunity to reconnect with family
My husband and I hosted 6 families over a 30-day period at this property. The property had plenty of room, had every imaginable amenity, and the most wonderful kitchen facility ever! We loved the location (quiet, next to a meadow) and proximity to all that Summit County has to offer.
