Everything! The staff are lovely. The cafe had the best coffee in japan. The rooms were great, and we loved the share kitchen/living area to catch up with fellow travelers. It was reasonably easy to get around from the location. The laundry facilities were handy.

Natural light but no outside view. Room was also very stuffy despite turning off the heating, but we didn’t check with staff so there might have been an easy fix.

Minimal and modern yet have cozy vibes throughout the hotel. Great to have share kitchen area where you can relax or make food especially when you are traveling. Staff were friendly and helpful.

j'ai séjourné 7 nuits , j'ai eu une chambre avec une fenêtre qui s'ouvrait sur 50 centimètres sur la vu d'un mur a 50 centimètres !!! je suis claustrophobe! j'ai demandé de changer vu le temps que je restais , aucun effort n'a été possible !! le petit déjeuner est a part de l'hôtel ,pas très agréable, pas de vu . le dialogue trés compliqué aves les responsables . j'appelle cela plus un nouveau concept d'hôtellerie, on ne porte pas les bagages , on s'occupe a peine de vous, pas possible de réserver les restaurants , aucun conseils ! il faut trouver un nouveau nom a ces hotels! avec les machines en bas pour mettre le passeport ,car ils ne faut pas s'attendre a un service hôtelier, il n'y pas de service de nettoyage non plus ,mais des machines laver à disposition. nouveau concept, pourquoi pas : mais cela demande un nouveau nom , pour bien comprendre ce que l'on réserve!!!

도심 한복판에 있어 교토를 느끼고 체험하기 좋은 지역입니다. 이노다커피는 바로 앞에, 산조와 가와라마치, 시조, 니시키 시장 등을 걸어다니기 좋스빈다. 호텔은 딱 필요한 만큼 있는 합리적입니다. 작은 욕실이지만 욕조와 샤워가 같이 있고, 칫골 면도기 등이 제공됩니다. 4층에 취사가 가능한 공간도 충분히 넓고 여럿이 식사하기도 좋습니다. 스텝은 정말 친절합니다.

버스나 지하철이 다니지 않는 구도심에 있어, 버스나 지하철을 타기 위해서는 300~800m 정도 걸어가야 합니다. 환경 보호를 위해 객실에 물이 없고, 물병을 갖고 4층 공용 부억에 가서 받아와야 합니다.

Loved the vibe, the lounge, the bathrooms (the shower was amazing), the location. The room was large enough for the four of us, laundry facilities and location close to cool bars and restaurants

Pillows were not comfortable (but this seems to be a Japanese thing in general), and our sofa bed was a bit hard.

Location is perfect and the staff were very nice and accomodating! Rooms are modern and clean, the biggest we have stayed in our trip.

Great shared kitchen. Fabulous cafe with beautiful food and awesome coffee. Location close to station, shops and dining venues. Very safe area. Loved it. Also very pretty at night.

The hotel was clean, modern and easy to find. Check-in was smooth, the room was nice. Elevator was really fast even though there was only one. Shared lounge room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable, toilet/shower room was spacious, and shower pressure was amazing (great for washing long hair!) Maybe I've never noticed before but the light on the Toto toilet was quite bright so if you went in the night you didn't need to turn the main light on and wake up others in the room.

Pillows were the bean bag type which don't suit everyone. Some staff were nice but not necessarily friendly. The lobby was quite often packed because of people lining up for the cafe which was slightly uncomfortable but that was only minor.

Liegt in einer der nettesten Gassen in Kyoto. Sehr schickes Café im Keller. Sehr großes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung

Fenster mit Milchglas zur 50cm entfernten Wand des Nebengebäudes, und das nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden kann. Harte Betten. Durch den modernen/kühlen Betonlook, und ohne Sicht nach draußen fühlt es sich nicht sehr wohnlich an.

A hidden gem!! We loved staying here with our two-year old - the room was very spacious and clean, the amenities were complete and great, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The bathroom is fantastic too. The breakfast was very tasty - especially the yoghurt and the butter toast, and the coffee is great (the breakfast is at their local café). The location was just perfect, within walking distance to the main metro line, as well as plenty of shops, restaurants, the palace, etc. Overall - our favourite hotel from our stay in Japan! Will definitely come here again when we'll come back to Kyoto (and we know we will, after all 5 nights were far from enough to explore this beautiful city :))

Perhaps the one thing I'd recommend improvement on is the number of pillows :) but it's minor really, just wish there was more than 1 pillow per person.

Great location. Terrific staff and very helpful. Good breakfast and coffee. Easy walk to public transportation. Just a very easy stay with a nice room and service. A very hip/modern street shopping, beautiful designed stores. Lots of food choices at in this area location.

The hotel was clean and cozy, perfect for our family. We got the private bath, but I’m sure shared would be fine too. It was a great place to stay, better than many higher prices options.
