Staff is not friendly at all. They are not treating treating guests well. Not recommended.

I have traveled all over the planet more than 68 countries. From luxury places to the hostels but this place was the worst I have ever stayed in my life, dirty, we woke up both of us all itchy ... Skin all red from the bedbugs. They scam you with nice pictures it is nothing like you see looks like a rat hole once you arrive. Nobody in reception they scam you with a very bad room for you to upgrade to something better and not even like that come to a decent stay

They charged us extra money claiming a dollar rate but that was totally a lie.
The bathroom was not up to standards,
*Hot water Barely works
*Hand Shower for toilet placed wrongly
*Commode Flush barely works
*No Tolitieries supplied
The Neighbour's Dog was loud at night
They could have kept the rooms much cleaner, but fair enough

It was walking distance from temple of the tooth, kandy city centre, railway station and bus station. Situated in Calm place. Owner of the homestay was so friendly. Allowed us to use kitchen.its really pleasure to stay at your place again.

The staff Ian was very very nice and helpful, spoke english perfectly, helped us with planning our trip, organised transportation, gave us great restaurant tipps, we are still in contact and became friends, chilled together at night on the terrace and had nice conversations, made us tea in the morning etc.
good location near the railway station and city centre
bed was comfortable and clean
unfortunately it was not the cleanest room, quite loud at night because of thin walls
however the we left with a very positive experience!

Stayed at a budget triple room. It is what you pay for. I assume pictures are taken of deluxe rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Ian.
It worked for us just to kip for a night whilst travelling through.
Bathroom/shower could have been cleaner, tidier.
Outside lights are turned off early evening.
