This was our first trip to Arizona and it won’t be our last. This house was by far the best VRBO we’ve stayed in, in the continental United States…We had 11 people vacationing, including 7 adult children, and the house and Casita were the absolutely perfect space we needed. The house was exactly as described, and it is better than the pictures listed. Everything was clean, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, including a huge walk in pantry to hold all your dry groceries. This was the first ever vacation where we did not go out to eat once, because we enjoyed making meals and staying at the house. We made several trips into town to grocery shop, and the drive was so easy and beautiful it didn’t bother us at all. The pool/spa and swim up bar are amazing, with comfortable seating all around. The landscaping was impeccable, and we loved watching and listening to the different wildlife. Every morning began with watching the sun rise over the mountains from the rooftop terrace. The views cannot be beat. The neighborhood was a favorite part also, with its southwest vibes and dirt roads. We loved it so much we had family photos taken right on our street with the incredible scenery surrounding us. We enjoyed a few excursions including a hike at Pinnacle Peak, a day on a pontoon boat, and an adventure riding UTVs. Activities at the house were enjoyed by all also. Jason was very attentive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

There is nothing negative I could ever say about this property. It is like having your own private five-star resort!

My entire family was looking for a place that was secluded and peaceful but that had everything. This was the perfect place and it did not disappoint!!! The house and its many amenities were fabulous !!!! We will definitely be back !! Thank you.

We had two families with a total of 5 kids and they had an amazing time using the pool, video games, golf, shuffle board, exploring the fruit trees, etc. the house and property were clean and worked great for our group. Beautiful view from the rooftop deck.

This property and home have everything you need! The property manager is very communicative and quick in his response.

We had a group of 6 adults who get together once per year somewhere in the US. This year we selected Scottsdale and found this lovely house. We chose this location due to is seclusion, pool with swim up bar, and several amenities like video games, pitching and putting greens, shuffle board, pool table, and indoor golf practice booth. The house was clean, everything worked, and was well stocked. The owner was easy to reach and we loved how quiet the neighborhood was. Next time we go to Scottsdale this house will definitely be on the list of options.

For the locals in our group, the location made us feel like we really got away from it all. The out of town gang was in awe of the the house and the setting. The kitchen was well stocked; the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The pool was fabulous. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Property was beautiful! But like others have stated you can tell it’s been well used. Jason was easy to communicate with when I had questions during our stay. The kitchen supplies were great and had everything you need. Need to plan your meals ahead as nearest grocery store is about a 15-20 minute drive. Would stay here again.

House is well-equipped with everything you need to eat, play, and rest. The amenities are outstanding. Pool area is absolutely resort-like. Property is beautifully landscaped with indigenous foliage. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day; upstairs sun deck offers even better views. Want to mention this house would meet most ADA requirements. Mildly disabled people can easily manage and enjoy!

This house was really perfect for our girls' weekend! Pool and hot tub were awesome. House was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Would stay there again! My only constructive criticism would be to upgrade the shower curtain rod (a screw in one, not a tension one) so that it doesn't fall down on people while they are showering and there should be somewhere to hang clothes in the master bedroom since the master closet is locked for the owners. Other than that, it was wonderful! Thank you!

The house is amazing and the pool is huge. Unfortunately it has clearly been used as a party house for a while. We emailed the manager Jason and he several times suggested that we "look up a you tube video" Troy who came out and helped get the pool going was great! Not sure if this experience was normal or just cause it was Christmas. The pool heater was in and out, the fridge broke as well as the Dryer. Only troy had any reaction to any of these issues. Beds are very comfortable, house is huge and the golf course up the street is fantastic!

So much to do at property. Lots of fun! Will definitely be back!

Great property with all the fun and games you could wish for.

Our group of friends had a blast at the rental. The house was great and the pool/spa were perfect.

My family and siblings families celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in Scottsdale. We had 7 adults, 1 teenager, and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out. It felt like we had our own resort with the: pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, fire-pit, balcony seating, bocce ball, outdoor TVs, cabana bar, putting/chipping green, etc. It was so relaxing to grill lunch and dinner and have a beer while the kids were still swimming. My brother-in-law and I played golf twice (We-ko-pa and Quintero). There were so many hiking trails nearby. My favorite was Tom's Thumb (1,500 elevation rise to the top). We also took a day to visit the Grand Canyon. If there was any downside at all, there were only two showers for the four bedrooms in the main house. We made it work. The property manager was extremely responsive. All-in-all, it was an experience we'll cherish for many years to come.

This is a beautiful property and great setup for golfers playing area courses. The pool, spa, fire pit and bbq area are fantastic. Everything was well maintained, clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Will repeat and highly recommend.

House has everything you could want for a large group. We were 12 women and had plenty of room. House amenities are awesome!

This property was the centerpiece of a friends trip of a lifetime. 8 adults, plenty of space and so many activities. The exterior was incredible, the interior felt like a desert palace. We had thought about leaving to explore each day, but only had to leave a few times for groceries, we wanted to spend every minute by the pool or around the tables. Awesome upper seating area overlooking the pool (great for sunsets, sunrises, tea, reading, and being outside of the splash zone but still near the action). Grill and firepit area was constantly occupied. Definitely will suggest to anyone visiting PHX or Scottsdale. Our stay in early Oct was still 70s-90s, so we didn't even have to worry about the pool cover/propane (which seemed a little daunting from the renting contract)! The TV's were great, but I suggest bringing an HMDI cable or using portable speakers, the casting/streaming wasn't the best on some TVs. I look forward to sharing this with many friends and family over time!

We were there for our 60th anniversary and family reunion. It had been 26 years since we had all been together at the same time. We hung out at the pool which was perfect, talked, laughed and ate. We only left the property 3 times in 7 days. We played shuffle board, corn hole, pool and more. Beds were comfortable, which is important. There were 9 of us and we never felt crowded. Morning sunrises on the patio. Perfect!

We stayed here last weekend for a girls weekend getaway and it was wonderful. The property itself is gorgeous, and vary spacious. We really enjoyed the pool and swim up bar, and the house slept all 8 of us very comfortably. The host was very responsive, and easy to get ahold of when needed.

We had a great time, lots of games and things to do for active boys.

Very spacious and comfortable setting. Something for everyone, no matter their age. So many areas you could hang out in, even if you needed private space to do work too! (the outside seating by front door area served as a morning shaded outside work space. Pool area was the favorite! Everyone wished they could take the pool home! The guest house was a great addition for our family group. FYI- you're 20-25 min. away from grocery shopping and restaurants. Walgreens- 4.5 miles

We loved the home with the great kitchen, large living room area, great pool and barbecue, hot tub and the many games we played to entertain ourselves. Super neighborhood in a quiet place. Great spot and plan on staying there again soon!

I’d stayed at this property with friends for a previous golf weekend. There’s a reason why I booked it for my trip. The pool is incredible and there’s plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen (and outdoor kitchen) was perfect for cooking large meals and there were plenty of things to do (bocce ball, hot tub, etc) in the afternoon after we played golf. Very happy with my stay at the property.
