This CO condo was very clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. The condo was spacious and accommodated the three of us well. All modern amenities inside. We had direct access to a beautiful part of the beach. The atmosphere of the condo community is warm and family friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a luxurious vacation just steps from the beach.

The recently renovated bathrooms and Kitchen are wonderful! The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans and appliances. The screened in balcony/porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. We have already booked for next year!

Lovely unit that was exactly as described. We had absolutely no problems with anything. Owner responded quickly when we had a question upon our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Some dishes and utensils caked with food - probably put in dishwasher without cleaning food off first. Dishwasher had to be put on “heavy wash” to clean dishes. Several drawers had food particles in the bottom of drawers which I had to clean out.

Property was just as described. I wish the kitchen had a few more items, like a colander. But overall loved the decor and the golf cart. We enjoyed our stay and slept great! Beds were very comfortable!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! We had several friends and family staying in various units in the complex and this one was by far the nicest, cleanest and most updated. Our one complaint is that the elevators were not working and we were not aware of that - people living at the property informed us the elevator has been out of service since September 2022. We hope it’s back in service during our next stay.

Very nice condo with amenities! I wish the listing had noted that the elevator is not operational since Ian so there are six flights of stairs to climb for access to the condo with suitcases, groceries, the pool and beach! The master bedroom walls are not finished and the workers repairing the community from IAN start work every day at 8:00 AM with pounding until 6:00 PM! Both units on each side are being worked on so there is a bit of noise! The construction manager came to inspect the work that needed to be completed for our condo! We didn’t open the door, but he had a key and came right on in! None of these issues stopped us from having an amazing time at the condo and area and enjoying the beautiful beaches and pool, and eating at really delicious restaurants! Just things I wish I had known!

We love the location and amenities at Sea Oats, and this unit was perfect. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked, making it easy to settle in for a week. We had a great stay!

This was our first visit to this Boca Grande complex. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need to stay for a week. Wonderful view from the 3rd floor of the pool and beach. We loved it and will be back!

This well appointed property never disappoints! Clean, steps away from the quiet beaches of Boca Grande...quick golf cart ride to the village...super relaxing! Highly recommend!

this is a nice unit and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We enjoyed our stay and communicating with the owners was possible. Would come back again. The only complaint we had was no BTN on tv - as fans from the Midwest, we missed channel - fortunately games were on channels already of tv

Boca’s best!
This was our first time staying on the island and we had an absolute blast. It was me and my wife with our 2 kids (2.5 and 5) and the location of the condo to the beach was perfect. It was so convenient to have the hot tub and pool just steps away as well as the beach right here. We brought a tailgate tent that we set up everyday and we’re grateful for the provided chairs. The unit had an endless supply of beach towels which was so nice! The kitchen was stocked which is perfect for us since we cook our meals every night. We just loved this place and look forward to another trip!

Paradise in SW Florida
You could not ask for a better property in a slice of paradise in Southwest Florida. This 3rd floor, 2 bedroom unit is well maintained and has great views of the water. Laura is very accommodating and has done a great job of updating this unit.

A fantastic property on Boca Grande
An incredibly clean and well maintained spacious 2 bedroom condo in a quiet, relaxing area of Boca Grande. Very secure and grounds are impeccably cared for. The condo is on the 3rd floor and has great views of the water from both balconies. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The bathrooms and kitchen have both been recently updated and are very nice. Covered parking and area to park your golf cart rental is adjacent to the tennis courts. Will definitely be renting this unit again.

We absolutely love this condo. Everything is so perfect. Many updates have been made over the last couple of years and we are SO comfortable in this wonderful condo on the beach!!! We would love to come back EVERY year if possible and for more weeks if possible. We LOVE this place!!!

Beautiful Getaway
We so enjoy our stay at Boca Grande, Sea Oats Condominiums. The condo was beautifully updated. We had everything we needed, & Laura was great to check on us during our stay. We caught some fish for dinner & found some awesome shells. We look forward to visiting Boca again, as this was our 12th year to vacation there. Paradise outside & a gorgeous, well equipped condo. Boca Grande Sea Oats Condo
We have vacationed in Boca Grande for over a decade and this was our favorite rental to date. The bathrooms and kitchen appeared to be recently updated. We enjoyed the location on the island, the condo amenities including the heated pool and spa . Will definitely return in the future.

A great little getaway!!
This about the 4th or 5th time staying here. The property is always well maintained and now even more. The kitchen has now been remodeled and the unit is fantastic. The owner is easy to contact if there are issues and you get a quick reply. Look forward to many more stays at this property.

Beach lover's haunt
This is a nice condo very well located on the beach north of Boca Grande itself, some few miles away. There are a store, cart rental and nice restaurant just across the road. The condo has a good view of the pool and the beach which are wonderful. The master bath has been upgraded nicely with a walk in shower, and the rest of the unit is clean and usable but in need of some upgrades. We enjoyed our stay and think you will too.

We loved our stay at this nice condo. The location was wonderful. Walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets were amazing. The condo is large, nice and very comfortable. The condo complex was very nice and people/other guests were so friendly. The kitchen could use some updates and maintenance as could the guest bathroom but we would love to go back again. Laura was very nice to work with and responsive to our inquiries and needs.

Wonderful!
We loved our stay. It was very clean and well equipped. Laura was great to work with. Wonderful view. It was so close to the beach you could hear the waves rolling in from the balcony and a breeze to cool you off.

In need of updates.
The unit needed a lot of repair. Electric outlets did not work, vacuum did not work and it did not even had a dust pan. Linens in master very worn and no blankets. No beach chairs or anything for the beach. A big dissapointment. But I will say the view was great as well as the porch area.

Breathtaking View of Gulf
We especially loved the 3rd floor condo view of the Gulf and pool area. Condo was nicely decorated and very homey. We hope to stay there again in the future.
