A nice place in a quiet neighborhood in a walkable area.

clean but a little dated. Cooking pans were older and not up to gourmet cooking standards. very comfortable though would welcome better coffee and tea selections but am i asking too much

This house was the perfect size and location for our week-long stay with 2 adults and a toddler. Very clean and had everything we needed (extra linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc). Liked that we were able to park in the driveway. Easy walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, and children's museum. Appreciated the included wagon with beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc for daily beach trips. Great patio for lounging and eating our meals. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was very well appointed and everything was as described. The location was terrific—quiet neighborhood, close to beach and walking distance to State Street. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Santa Barbara

The villa was a dream. Perfect location. Quaint and quiet neighborhood but just blocks from everything! I can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again.

Property was incredibly clean and matched exactly with what the listing stated. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. Bed was comfortable and bedroom was quiet making sleeping very comfortable. Unit was equipped with high chair, pack and play, and beach towels making traveling with a toddler very easy. Had one question for the owner that I sent through VRBO that I never got a response from - in the confirmation email there is another mode to contact them, recommend using that instead of going through VRBO.

Enjoy funk zone in this bungalow, no need for central ac when you're this cool. Salt is extra but keep your your windows open and enjoy the scenery of beautiful Santa Barbara. These walls were thin and this is a shared home w no central ac . Aesthetically appealing and good spot in a pinch.

We stayed at this property in November 2020 and learned a major appliance was broken upon arrival. Although a property manager worked to ensure it would be replaced during our 6 day stay, the maintenance staff who came did not wear masks appropriately and we had to stay outside of the building for hours while it was installed. It left us feeling uncomfortable and then I had to email with property management for nearly two months to request an adjustment to the price, which they ultimately refused, after sending some shockingly rude emails to me. I have never experienced customer service like this from a property management company and would suggest the owner obtain a new company.The apartment was otherwise fine. It is a duplex so you can hear tenants in the other half of the building. The garden in the backyard is nice for hosting outdoor visitors during Covid times, but there is not adequate night-time lighting so it wouldn't work to host guests outdoors at night. The apartment was clean enough and the location is about a 10 minute walk from State Street.I would not stay here again given the very poor property management.

Housekeeper should clean the fridge and freezer of previous guests half eaten food (cringe)Bottle caps and other debris found underneath living room furniture.Shower curtain fell down more than once; I think we fixed it.Remote control was super sticky to touch ( I would replace it )And the batteries died. We harvested batteries from another device found in a kitchen cabinet. These batteries were dying as well. I left a note for you regarding the batteries.Overall it was a pleasant experience.Hope this review was helpful.Best,

Great location & the place was as advertised. Kitchen was nice & plenty enough pot; pans & utensils to cook some meals. Very reasonable for the property & would recommend.

We were in West beach for 5 nights . Our apt. was in the best location. Friends lived close and we didn’t want to impose on them. The backyard parking spot was a bonus. We walked to the ocean, restaurants and bars. The first floor apt. had a comfy king bed, a separate dining room, and a kitchen that wins the “best stocked” award. There was not one kitchen item that we needed to buy. I actually came home & bought some kitchen items identical to our rental’s. We def. plan to return. That’s the best recommendation any owner/renter wants.
