Everything, any problem I had Clare sorted it out. The apartment was 5 star quality. Really warm and fabulous shower. The welcome snacks and drinks and stuff was amazing. Lovely and quiet. Best place I've stayed in and I've been in dozens.

A thoughtful conversion of an agricultural building to create a welcoming space. Such friendly and helpful hosts. We learned a lot about Lincolnshire farming . (We left crumbs under the table because the vacuum cleaner ran of juice) (The pair of black scissors I'd found outside by the hedge)

Some more sunshine would have been nice!

what a glorious place to stay - exceptionally equipped with a welcome package and beautifully decorated and finished.

Not much! - personal preference as a family of four would have been to have bigger beds than doubles to sleep in.

Return visit- so clean, quiet location, beautiful location. a little home from home. A warm greeting and really thoughtful welcome basket of tasty treats!

Smart. clean quiet

Very clean smart quiet and comfortable, friendly hosts, great walks on the doorstep. Was nobody in the adjoining properties when we were there though, so probably a bit quieter than usual

Kitchen could use a bit more storage for foodstuffs.

I was in the area on business and being bored of hotels I thought I'd try self catering to give myself some independence. A very good decision. The hosts Clare and Louise were amazing. Friendly, always on hand to answer any questions and gave us a tour of the farm. They even gave us some of their fresh potatoes straight from the barn. Made me feel like I was on holiday, not business. I extended my stay over a weekend during which time my partner joined me, which I was able to arrange with the hosts at very short notice. Good pub a short walk across an adjacent field, tarmac so you don't get your shoes muddy!

We liked the very new decor in the rooms, and the welcome pack of coffee bread milk etc. The Pub was only a short walk up the road. The car parking was secure with the gates locked at night. There was a lot to look at in the local area.

We found the bed a bit small, but we are used to a King size at home.

This is a superb location and property, very well equipped and attention to detail, friendly and excellent access to good pub and food via viking way and would definitely stay again

Friendly, kind considered all aspects for the guests. Really nice place. Really recommend you take the walk in the day and the night. Remember to look up at the stars 🌟

As a social care crisis manager I needed to keep to strict isolation rules, this property was perfect. No contact needed, rural but very cosy and comfortable, all amenities near by. Immaculately clean, well laid out and I loved the welcome pack, especially the little pots of jam, so much so I scoffed the lot. Everything you need, rural but with good connections in the vicinity, great stay will be back if they can fit me in on my next stay in the area.

Clean, comfy bed, amazing facilities, friendly staff, shared outside seating area is lovely and tranquil, secure parking, lovely bathroom, and very cozy.

Place was amazing , felt welcomed as soon as we arrived, came from Scotland to get away and this was the perfect location for a break , very quiet place with beautiful views the rooms/apartments are a lot bigger in person than in photos , so many applicances were given with an instruction given for each one l, will definitely come back here, Louise also came and introduced herself when we arrived whilst being key with the distance due to covid , also gave us a bunch of numbers of family members if we had to get a hold of them for any reason. Place is perfect

Interesting setting in the middle of a large working farm. On the Viking Way, and some nice short local walks. Need a car to get around, but under an hour to Lincoln or anywhere in the Wolds or the beaches.

Excellent service provided by owners and finishings within the property were second to none

The heating wasn't able to be altered and was colder than I would've liked, wifi also wasnt great but appreciate that may not be easily fixed due to location

I booked this stay for two gentlemen working in the area (business trip) the guys could not fault a thing and had nothing but good comments about their stay. the booking done through myself was very easy and the host was lovely! would definitely recommend :) Leah @ Landfill Projects
