Everything was fantastic

Kind Cyndi's cute, functional cottage was a true find. That being said, I offer the warning that the cleaning scent was strong upon entry and took a day to dissipate. The front sunroom and back yard were wonderful! The beds were good and the old dishes available in the cupboard were a delight. I missed the availability of paper napkins. (Guess I should have brought my own.) The cloth ones on location are a detriment, not an asset, appearing stained and/or unlaundered. The rest of the house was quite clean, except the shelf above the stove that needs a good de-greasing. The description of the house had a "Who wants coffee, who wants tea?" picture and I highly recommend the host follow through on this welcoming theme. Some of her beautiful glassware containing white as well as brown sugar, tea, other common coffee accessories, and perhaps a higher grade of coffee would really bring that area up to the high bar set by the rest of the experience.

Cyndi was quick to communicate & accommodating. Fantastic location by Enstroms candy & coffee. Would stay again.

Charming home with nice shaded porch and nice yard in rear and sun room in front. Comfortable beds and good kitchen. There's three bedrooms and a single bathroom. Parking on street and maybe in rear.

We had such a great time, we had a great family girls weekend going to a concert and shopping in downtown Grand junction. The location of the house was perfect for our events. The house was very special, we love all the hand painted artwork, decorating, and cleanliness. We definitely want to stay here again for a future get away.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious for the 3 of us on a “girls (moms) only trip”. My only complaint is the twin bed that I slept on was very noisy. I woke up every time I moved. Thankfully I was able to fall asleep right away but the frame and mattress need an update. My friends said they slept well in the queen beds.

This place was lovely. Exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and adorably decorated. Back porch was a great place to hangout. Walked to downtown, which has lots of good shops and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute little house...super clean & fully stocked with all the amenities of home. We drove from CA to help our son move into his college dorm at CMU...we were able to tour the beautiful Grand Mesa & Colorado National Monument which I would say do not miss if you have time!! Our host was so helpful offering tons of suggestions of where to eat and what to see nearby...we will stay here again when we come to visit our son!

The photos show how cute this house is, but the homey feeling you get can’t be described. All the artistic touches in this older home give you a big hug when you walk through the door. A great big thank you for leaving the house cool for us upon arrival, too!! The place was clean, comfy, stocked with all the amenities and an easy walk to everything downtown. If we are ever in the area again (which I hope to be) I will absolutely stay here again.

The whimsy of this place was such fun - perfect for a girls’ getaway. Hard to say what the best feature is, but morning coffee together on the back porch was lovely!

The house was adorable, the plants were an unexpected treat! Every morning a beautiful cat would come say ,"hello". Absolutely loved the home.

You will enjoy the inviting, whimsical sun room, the tastefully arranged layout of the house, the air conditioning units for each bedroom, washer & dryer, the location, and your responsive host! We enjoyed our stay here on a trip through southwest Colorado with our family. We loved the sunroom plants, the colorful paint accents, and we had what we needed to prepare a pasta bar dinner after a full day at Colorado National Monument (which is near by). It was all awesome!

Very nice home. This was a great place to stay for our travel from Telluride to Denver. It was a good location close to restaurants, and we were able to do some hiking at Colorado National Monument.

This cute, very well-appointed house was perfect for our month-long stay. Walking to restaurants in the artsy downtown wa easy and fun. We even walked to a show at the Avalon Theater and a jazz concert at CMU. Cyndi and Keith were responsive and helpful. They even updated the WiFi service when we reported how bad CenturyLink was. The house had absolutely everything- shampoo, coffee supplies, spices, and every kitchen gadget needed. This place was top notch!
