Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this unit before and love it- clean, walkable to town. When we checked in, they were replacing the roof (on this unit only) and there were nails, shingles, and tarps covering the walkway, grass and patio. Not only was it extremely loud, but very dangerous for my family with two young children. We were unable to park in the garage or hang out on the patio and grass due to this risk. Saturday morning around 7AM, the crew came back. We felt uncomfortable being surrounded by workers so early as our privacy was taken away and could not open the blinds to see the beautiful view. I understand the upkeep of properties needs to happen, but they should have relocated us due to the high risk and inconvenience. Our calm and relaxing vacation was taken away by this upkeep. We would stay at this unit again (this is our second time) but felt very disappointed that we were not warned or switched to another unit and paid full-price for this experience as we were unable to use many amenities advertised.

Clean and comfortable unit, larger than expected. Well equipped. Wonderful location.

The condo was in great shape, clean and had everything we needed. We used it as our base for a May A-Basin trip. It could not have worked out any better.

The property was very clean and well decorated. It was supplied with everything we needed and had all the amenities of home. We had 2 families staying together. We had a garage of our own. So access out and in was easy and convenient. Most importantly, there was a close and easy walk to the gondola. It made going to and fro from skiing/snowboarding a breeze!! We made a lot of memories and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place is undoubtedly one of the nicest places my family and I have ever stayed in while in the mountains. Spacious, walkable to the ski slopes, beautifully decorated and big enough for our group of 6. If it weren't for the water heater making enough noise to wake up all 6 of us throughout the night, this place would be perfect. Usually I can sleep through or fall back asleep if woken by most things. This water heater is LOUD. I took a video from my 1am search for the noise. I figured out that if I turned the hot water on in the master bedroom the sound would dissipate. Since my 3 kids, my mother in law and my wife were all awake and unable to get back to sleep, I contemplated leaving the water on all night. As I look back through earlier reviews I can see that this problem is not new. If the water heater is replaced I would easily say this is the nicest place we've ever stayed. But since sleep is an important part of a trip to the mountains, this place has some work to do.

Here, we were not woken up by the early morning slow plow outside our window, or by late nighters in the courtyard. However it was quick and easy for us to get to the village and the gondola. The unit was clean and comfortable, just like in the pictures. It was well stocked for making dinner at home. I love that there was lots of room to store skis, boots, poles. We had several disappointing attempts to use the hot tubs- one was out of order for most of our stay, and we typically found large families/groups taking up the working hot tub for a long time, so we never got to enjoy that. But overall that is very minor. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this place. Well outfitted and up to date decor. Perfect location and the garage was a nice perk. Smart TV was also a benefit.

We had the very best time. Our rental exceeded expectations and the location to the slopes was perfect. We will rent this VRBO again!

This place has everything we need and more. There is a kitchen, fireplace, laundry machine and a garage for the snowing days. It's 5mins walk to the River run gondola, and we came back to eat lunch and warm up. There is indeed a strange dripping noise above Master bedroom which may bother some light sleepers. We didn't use the club house or any other facilities in the community.

I love this townhome- it’s decorated in a lovely way and it’s very clean. The beds are great and my kids loved the room with the bunk beds.
