The weekend started with meeting Col and he was absolutely delightful. The house as stated is amongst the trees and on a cold rainy weekend it has a beautiful outlook with a roaring fireplace to keep us warm. Needed for nothing as everything was provided. Thankyou

The kids and I had the best time at the tree house. Despite the weather we were able to squeeze in a couple of adventures up and down the river in the tinny! Thanks Nic, we had the best time.

The location was just perfect, the house was fun/different & well stock with cooking utensils, crockery etc although too few wine glasses. Colin was obliging & efficient when we met him. The issues that made it less than perfect are: 1. the contact persons need to pick up the phone when they are contacted during our stay 2. the pick up & drop off needs to be on time (we waited for more than an hour) 3. some of the equipment is below standard & made us at times feel not so confident eg: life jackets, reliability of the tinny/run about 4. dryer, throw about/wraps, fans & ornaments need to be dusted or cleaned Thank you Juanita

We had a great stay at the Treehouse, even though we were amidst flooding in NSW and had a lot of heavy rain during our weekend there. The house is exactly how it looks on the photos, well-equiped kitchen, nice bedrooms, amazing outdoor shower. We had some issues with starting the tinny, but had good contact with Nic who was trying to help us and in the end hired us another tinny, which was great. Overall, an amazing experience and definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Photos don’t do justice to this property. It has fantastic views, is amongst the tree branches and is quiet and very peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked and was perfect for our group as we did a lot of cooking. Our host took us to the property and explained everything, showed us how to start the small boat, which none of us had ever used before and we were able to explore the waterways and grab coffee from the marina. We even used the canoes for a quiet paddle up the river. Thanks guys, we had a great weekend.

The house was designed very well. Love the tinny! we had a lot of fun explore, sight seeing & fishing. The fireplace keep us warm and toasty at night. Oven wasn't cleaned probably when we arrived, and there are some dirty plates. but overall a great stay!

The house is full of light and air and there are fans in every room for the summer time. We visited in autumn which is perfect, I reckon. Warm days but nice cool nights. We had a fire at night which heated up things nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, including a spacious pantry and fridge. The top 3 bedroom share a large bathroom and separate loo. There's also an outdoor shower for the summer. The balcony off the top bedroom is too dangerous to step out on to for now which is a shame. We spent most of our time gazing at the water, either from the pontoon or the balcony. Don't miss Berowra Waters Inn if your budget will stretch to it.

The property is fantastic, you are forced to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Fishing and kayaking is great.

I had a great time overall, however unfortunately there were a few issues around the regulations and rules that were to be abided by from some of the guests resulting in complaints. In future this place is great for quiet groups as sound does travel in the location of the place. Otherwise overall it was an amazing time. The place is wonderful!

We had a beautiful girls weekend stay, spectacular view.

The house is gorgeous and even better than the photos, with stunning views. It had everything we could need and more. We spent a lovely weekend kayaking, walking and chilling. Colin was really helpful and very amenable. We would love to come back and definitely recommend.

We just loved the view over the water - the 17 and 19 yr olds loved the kayaks and paddle boards (as did we!). We ventured up the creek and felt we were in the wilderness only 20 mins paddle from the house. We were rewarded when a red bellied black snake swam past us, swimming from one side of the creek to the other. Our 19yr old just loved the adventure of it all and we were perfectly safe on the paddle board and in the kayak.The beds were comfortable, the pantry so well stocked with glad wrap and other necessities; but where was the vegetable peeler? No matter - we made do :-)Every bedroom was glorious and had its' own charm and the little runabout boat works perfectly well. We caught a small fish off the jetty and loved watching the birds. I am already trying to find an excuse for another getaway and next time we'll book early enough to be able to stay longer than 2 nights! Thanks Nic for being so flexible with timings and having us to stay!

A great Getaway, Fantastic house on the edge of Berowra Waters. Boat only access, use of runabout and transfers included. Paddle board and kayaks with own jetty. House is very well equiped. Great fireplace and wood provided which kept the house warm in winter. Would recommend!

Stunning setting in a serene location. Unfortunately there was quite a large invasion of ants in the kitchen, pantry and lower bathroom. Also missing/broken paddles for the watercrafts. Overall we had a lovely weekend - thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

A comfortable property in a great location. If you love being on the water you'll love this property. Kayaking was fun (we also brought a few of our own). A couple of internal stairs to negotiate and bring your earplugs for the tinnie. Waterview balcony a great place for afternoon / evening nibbles and drinks.

fabulous house and location. Loved that the tinny and kayaks were included and Patrick the property manager and Hamish the boat hand who picked us up at the wharf were both amazing.

The views from the house were lovely and a great place to stay if going to Berwora Waters Inn. Unfortunately there were a few issues with the TV not working properly and also the boat was so in need of maintenance it was laughable. We had to bail out water and it was very hard to start. Overall a pretty good experience.

Great place to relax, well equipped, nice and quiet spot, everything well organised. You wouldn't know you're only an hour away from the city. We'll be back for sure.

we had an amazing time @ Berowra Waters, what a view! And such a peaceful and relaxing environment. We found everything we needed in the house and outside to play in the water. The house itself is not brand new and the bedrooms are not big but everything is very functional and the magic operates: we all loved it - feeling so far away from the city only 1 hour from Sydney! Thanks Paddy for being a great host, we will be back :)

Our host Patrick met us at the boat ramp to take boat us down to the house. He told us that the tinny we had for our use was getting repaired but he kindly let us borrow is spare small boat. The house was perfectly clean and big enough for 5 adults and 4 kids. The house is supplied with fishing rods, kayaks and other non-motorised water sports equipment. The kids did not leave the water all weekend. Adults were out there too. I think having these certainly made the weekend more enjoyable for all and makes this property a great family location. We had great communication with the property owners and would love to come back again.

The house was lovely & had everything we could possibly need.

Great service from the start with our pick up from Berowra. A shot boat ride to our house and we were already on vacation. We had help with our bags into the property and then a quick explanation of the house. We went for our anniversary with another couple so plenty of room. We had dinner booked at Berowra Waters inn on the Friday night and they came a collected us from the house. Our days were filled with Kayaking and swimming and running around in the little tinny that was left at our disposal. Just note there are a lot of stairs. Such a relaxing break...beautiful spot.

We were meant to stay for two nights for our 10 year anniversary but instead we stayed in hospital after my son injured his head the night before we were meant to leave. Luckily the owner was kind enough to let us postpone our trip and we were able to finally stay and relax. The house has amazing waterviews from every room, and the kids swam and played for hours on end off the jetty in the kayaks and paddle board. Nothing was any trouble from the property manager who was always available and assisted us when we needed help (can't thank you enough for finding our wedding ring). The house is in a great spot, in a corner and felt private and also only a few minutes from the marina. Overall we were really happy with the house, the spot and our stay and kids didn't want to leave.

We enjoyed our stay in the treehouse. The house had everything that we needed. It could have been furnish better with more comfortable outdoor furniture to relax on. Also we could get any internet or Tv and phone reception is a bit hit and miss. Once we adjusted to all that and enjoyed each other's company it was fine. It's good to be off the grid for a few days

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location and amenities never left us wanting, everything was easy and seamless. Patrick, the property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with, flexible to our needs and full of fantastic recommendations for what to do or where to eat for the area. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again soon!
