Convenient to golf courses. Good communication. Would stay there again.

Loved the place. So much better than a hotel. It’s like coming home.

This house was nothing short of beautiful.

The property was as pictured. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 children. Our family enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Nice property in a great location. My husband, two kids, parents and I all stayed comfortably for a weekend in Branson. The decor was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The Christmas tree was a nice touch! I had to contact the property manager for an issue and she was very helpful and kind. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy access to everything. With the new Thunder Ridge outdoor arena close by, makes getting back to the house a breeze.

House was as advertised. Drive up is absolutely beautiful. Garage with the game room was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The house had everything we needed.

The homeowner was prompt if we had any problems. Only problem we ran into during our stay was a missing pool pass from the people that stayed there before us, the owner of the house was prompt in getting us another pass for the pool

The outside property could have used a little upkeep, only appliance was a toaster and a coffee maker. Absolutely no spices, salt or pepper, or any other kitchen supplies that have been in other homes we have rented. That said we would rent this home again.

Pull out couch was very uncomfortable as were both bedroom beds. The small side room with the pull out should not be considered a bedroom. Not really worth the money we spent for the weekend.

Was beautiful area- needs spoons and twin beds aren’t good mattresses. The 4th bedroom is just a pull-out sofa and not great for sleeping on. It was clean and private.

We appreciated being close to four awesome golf courses. The rental suited all of our needs but did notice some deferred maintenance needed (leak in the front bedroom ceiling from a couple of days rain) plus a few other items...

This was perfect for our family of 9! Actually only 2 bedrooms. Has a loft with pocket doors on the stairs for privacy though. Front area with pull out couch also had pocket doors. Plenty of space and open concept kitchen and dining room made it seem so much larger. Has cable and internet which we read were problems in past reviews but NO problems here. 👍🏻

Enjoyed the property. Only issues was that there were no frying pans. Since we needed to cook, We did purchase one and left it there.

Reviewer Comments: The property was a decent size and close to many attractions. The kitchen was ill stocked with only 2 pots available, no pot holders, and minimal dishes. The simple addition of a skillet and some kid friendly plastic cups and dishes would make the kitchen a lot better. They also used the pantry to store cleaning items and locked it. This severely limited storage space and made for a cluttered kitchen our entire stay. The carpet was stained and could use to be replaced. The bathrooms were clean enough and each was stocked with plenty of towels. However, many of the towels were stained which lead us to go buy our own to use. The bedroom linens were brown which is outdated and concerning in any rental property. I was concerned about hidden stains or cleanliness on dark sheets. The linens for the pull out bed where white and clean which was a pleasant addition. The outdoor patio area was great, but the table had many broke chairs and the electric grill was repulsively dirty. Finally, the foosball and basketball game in the garage were fun but there was a cracked chair piled next to them which was rather unsafe and unwelcome so we didn't allow the kids to play in the space. Overall it was a decent stay but for the price it needs a finer attention to detail and some overall improvements to amenities and cleanliness.

Location and property management were excellent. However the carpet needs a thorough cleaning and the cookware could use an overhaul (no skillets or baking dish and pots severely dated), thus limited when meal preparation. Could use a grill upgrade as well. Place is acceptable but dated and could use a little TLC....

Overall, this was a great property if you are planning to spend time at Big Cedar/Top of the Rock, or any of the golf courses in close proximity (Buffalo Ridge, Payne's Valley, Ozarks National, Mountain Top, Top of the Rock). An awesome little community with some nice amenities. Bring your own soap though... the management company gives you the equivalent of what you would throw away from your own shower. Also, be aware that there are only 3 bedrooms, and one of those is a loft. There is nothing wrong with this set up at all. Just be aware that those that sleep in the loft will have a healthy amount of noise if folks are still up in the living areas of the house. In addition, the vrbo site lists this as 4 bedroom home... it is 3 bedrooms (and that includes the loft). Outside of the above, this is a nice home in a great location.

Was a nice property. Pictures on the site were pretty misleading. The room with the sofa bed looked like it was on another level in reality al rooms but the loft were on one level.

There was a very musty smell in the house. No sports channels, espn or golf channel. Advertised as a 3 bedroom which is slightly deceiving with the open loft. Good location for golf trip with the courses just down the road. Would stay there again!

The house was nice and the location was great. We had a group of guys for a golf weekend to celebrate a 40th. I think the only complaint about the house was the lack of good mattresses. Those definitely make a difference after a long day of golf.

It was in a great location. The villa was clean and comfortable. However, the outside entry needed some attention. The shower curtain in the master bath was not the best and the kitchen utensil drawer could use an update. The villa advertised 4 bedrooms but the 4th bedroom was really a converted sitting area with a sofa sleeper. It did have doors, though.
