Breakfast was OK Front desk person and the location were good
The door to the room stuck and was very hard to open, The room was hot I tried to turn the air down it didn't work but there was a portable air conditioner in the room, The shower drain was clogged with hair so the shower was going to over flow so I had to remove it. Looked liked no one had ever cleaned it before

There is no way I can explain how great our stay was here. First it is on the yellow line, and minutes from everything. But more important was the staff. The manager was amazing. She must live there almost, because she was there early and left late. She always smiled and was super friendly. She really made our stay nice. And it was not just her. She had other great staff that all made us feel welcome.
The only thing we did not like was the weather. It was hot. But that is not anything to do with our amazing time at this hotel.

Loved the location. Off the main strip so not congested. I felt it was centrally located to all the activities that we want to do. 10 minutes from everything.
The room is definitely showing signs of needing maintenance. The grout on the tiles was basically gone. The floor moved when you stepped on it. There was carpeting that needs replacing. The entire dishwasher came out of its cabinet when we tried to open it. Just needs some extra TLC.

The location was great. The fact that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms was even better.
The WIFI wasn’t very good. They kept losing their internet.

Easy to get around & the room was amazing! Breakfast was decent.
No outside pool, hot tub wasn’t working, no a/c or ventilation for the pool area/room, room door was hard to open & took several tries to get it oriented, no a/c in hotel elevator so it’s hard to be for long, not enough toilet paper for a 5 day stay, toilet paper holder broken, no bath towel/mat, new cleaning person kinda creeped us out

Fix the carpet in the front entry, it was the very first thing seen upon entering the room.

Staff for breakfast tremendously hard working but very under staffed and she just couldn’t keep up and kept running out of food as they did not prepare for as many guests as they booked

room price was different each day adding up to more then expected. For the price it was underwhelming. couch cushions were worn, bathroom needed repair, hot tub was out of service, pool needed repair, ran out of food at breakfast 2 days in a row.

Just getting back from staying there from a 5 days and 4 night stay. This place was exceptional. The staff was so nice. Anything we needed the staff was always kindly willing to help. Breakfast was alway neat, clean and had a variety of things. It surely was a place to just stay, relax and enjoy your vacation. Big thank you for making our family feel safe and welcoming us there.

the pool wasn’t available to use. also didn’t like the breakfast was a little disappointed in the options. I’ve stayed at Residence Inn before that had better breakfast options. I don’t think I’ll stay here again because of it.

I booked here due to the indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, no notice was given that they are under repair, so not open. Very disappointing that there was no notification u til I checked in and asked about the hours for the pool.
