Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is great for large groups and is located less than 2 min walk to the Gondola and River Run! I have nothing bad to say about the unit itself (other than that the TV is IMPOSSIBE to get working), but was not impressed with the customer service... the fire places went out the night we we got there (on a 7 night stay) and I was trying to get someone out to fix them and never did. The hot tub in the building was broken. You only get 1 parking space in the unit otherwise you have find overnight parking in other random lots in the resort and pay $25/ night. We ended up having to do that and paid all 7 nights we were there and parked in front of a sign that said "pay here for overnight parking" yet we got THREE $120 parking tickets even though we followed the office's instructions on how to park. Tried calling Summit County rentals to see if there was anything they could do and they could have cared less. After spending the amount we did there after a week, you'd think the customer service would be TOP NOTCH but it wasn't sadly.

We had a great stay! The penthouse was spacious and well furnished. Its location in the village made access to the mountain very easy along with entertainment and dining options. All communication from the host was clear and helpful. This property is highly recommended!

The kitchen was thoughtfully designed and well stocked for cooking for a crowd. This was the best rental property we have experienced in terms of cleanliness, space, design, and quality. We particularly enjoyed the eclectic artwork which was quite the conversation starter. The location could not be beat and our group hopes to return soon! If we were forced to register any complaints, it would be that it would have been helpful to have a humidifier in every bedroom.

Kitchen stocked well. However could not do d a cutting board. close to all shops. Just outside lobby door. The only drawback was the village was using a loud truck too early in the morning right below us. Woke us up. It was not part of the construction. Not homeowners fault.

This condo was beautiful, large and perfect for our family. You are in the heart of River Run Village and close to the gondola/lift.

There are 2 decks - but they are small and not functional for a large group- no grill. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with construction to repair the street below - early morning noise from jack hammer and heavy equipment starting at 5a. Management was friendly and helpful. Directions and access instructions could be better.

The one in the far back with it's own bathroom next to other bath is the worst. My Sister and Brother in law ended up sleeping on floor since it was so bad, but other than that the place was great.. Just some new beds, and the dining room chairs are very loose

We loved that everything was centrally located and we could walk to many shops and restaurants. The check in and check out process was very easy. The pools and hot tubs were great for relaxation and the balconies at the condo provided good views of the mountains and River Run village.

It would have been nice to know that none of the restaurants and shops would be open. The village was a ghost town, but construction noise could be heard throughout the night. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at this specific property, this was our biggest group we've ever brought to Keystone and we were so happy with everything overall. The property was beautiful, very spacious and perfect for a large group. Kitchen was so user friendly and had everything we needed. Fireplaces all worked, balconies were beautiful. Rooms were designed well, beds comfortable, bathrooms beautiful and user friendly, etc. Only complaint was that the speaker system in the walls didn't work, as we wanted to play music but didn't have a way to do so. Other than that, everything was amazing!!

It was early in the snow season so the town wasn’t busy until the weekend which wasn’t too bad of a thing since the mountain wasn’t crowded when we snow boarded. The Home was cozy and definitely met expectations and I would definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect and the staff was so helpful and courteous. This would be a great place for a bunch of adults and would work well for a few families to share as well.
