Very nice house. Enjoyed golfing with friends

We stayed here for a Golf trip. The house was amazing! They had an extra bags set, shuffleboard, poker sets and lots of cool stuff to use on the lake. Definitely one of the coolest VRBOs I’ve stayed in.

Our group included 10 adults & 5 children. We were very pleased with the house & various activities available for everyone. The top deck/porch was ideal for the adults’ game night & morning coffee. I was impressed with the overall accommodations- especially at that price!!

We had a great time playing in the water off the dock which was in an isolated cove. Especially with a wide age range of kids. Plenty of room to spread out relax, eat great food and spend time together.

Great house and location for our family reunion. Plenty of space for 14 people. House was equipped with many games that added to the fun. Rented a pontoon boat which was a big hit especially the tubing. Dinner at the Trophy Room was delicious!!! We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to return in the future!

We hosted our daughters and their families over the 4th for a week at this lovely, spacious and inviting home. It was all just pretty darn perfect! I was a bit worried about the location but it turned out to be wonderful. It is situated in a quiet cove with only a golf course across from the home. Perfect spot for the kids to play on the water without worrying about boat traffic and lots of fun water equipment. The cove is only a few minutes away from a larger channel for skiing and tubing. A number of our group golfed at Old Kinderhook. There was an incredible fireworks display straight across from the house which made us feel like it was just for those of us on the cove ~ truly memorable! We try to do a different experience every year but our whole feels this is one we would like to repeat. A great time was had by all.

Our extended family of 15 stayed here last week for a special get together. The home is lovely and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids LOVED the bunk room, of course! We enjoyed switching off eating meals between the spacious bench/kitchen table and the outdoor eating space. The kids had lots of fun in the water (young and teens!) between the lily pad, paddle boards and kayaks that are available at the home. One of the best features of the home is the location on the lake. It is at the end of the cove so the water is quiet and the kids could play without us having to be on super high alert for boaters. Additionally, the golf course is across the lake from the house so this also added to limited traffic in the water where they played and made for a nice backdrop when sitting outside. The property manager was readily available for a few minor items that came up during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was great and the owners were very accessible and helpful with questions - as was the property manager. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to relax, swim, fish and so many other fun things to do!

Great quaiet location. Super well equipped house - all you need in kitchen and outdor activities. Acces to the boat, ASK OWNERS THEY HAVE ONE FOR RENT . Ideal open space layout for 4-5 families. Beautiful golf course minutes away. You cant ask for anything else in Lake Ozark.

This beautiful home accommodated our family for a Thanksgiving feast and weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was bright and open. The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Would love to come back another time.

We utilize this home during a stay, as our daughter was getting married at old Kinderhook. The home was beautiful, well-stocked. we enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were greeted by the property manager, who gave us a tour of the house. Everything about our state was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

We really loved this house, especially the living/dining/kitchen open floor plan. The kitchen was very well equipped with all that you need to cook some great meals. The only regret is that we didn't get to spend much time there since we were there for a wedding. I highly reccommend this house!

Nancy and Kelly’s are the best two properties for golfers on the lake! We hope to be back next year.

This home is wonderful! We had a fabulous vacation and so much of it was due to this amazing home and property. The location is private, quiet and located on beautiful grounds. The home is well kept, in great condition and fully stocked. The private doc was a bonus and we stored our boat all week. This home will not dissapoint!

This property was even better than expected. So many extras ranging from fully stocked spice rack to tons of water gear. The layout is perfect. The quality and attention to detail was high end. We will be back!

Family had a great week at this property.

Had an amazing time. The property was exactly what we were hoping for...large, beautiful home, water access for boating, swimming, and fishing, and secluded enough for quiet nights. Caught a ton of fish, swam, and even enjoyed some of the local caves and state parks. The property manager was always available and communicated well. We would definitely stay again.

House was perfect for a weekend golf trip with 8 buddies. Plenty of room to enjoy dinner, drinks and laughs following a day of golf. Nice dock area for relaxing and fishing as well.

The house was perfect for our golf trip. It is actually larger and nicer than the pictures appear.

We stayed at this location as part of a family trip. There were nine of us. There was more than enough room, very updated and had everything we needed to stay comfortably.

Even though the weather ran from cold to comfortable, the house was big enough we were not falling over each other when stuck inside. Family meals for our group of 11 were uncrowded. The ownership and their agents were responsive and made our stay easy.

Great property would like to come again but downstairs was cold even though we put thermostat high and ice maker for both fridge wasn’t working but that wasn’t a big issue we really enjoyed our stay will recommend this property to everyone!
