L’isola di Cham è carinissima e questa struttura lo è altrettanto. Non è enorme e si gira in scooter, è una realtà di pescatori, tranquilla e con un mare molto bello. Sembra che il tempo sia bloccato. La struttura si trova molto vicina al porto dove attraccano le barche e comunque al centro del villaggetto sorto lì intorno con mercatino e ristorantini annessi. Dal vivo è molto più carina che dalle foto, perché è semplice ma comoda ed ha tutto ciò che serve. Noi avevamo camera vista mare, carina d confortevole. I proprietari sono molto carini e disponibili ad aiutarti e consigliarti. Noleggiano loro scooter, bici e quant’altro come vedete nelle foto. Hanno anche il ristorantino dove fare colazione/pranzo/cena Approvato!

The staff were very helpful to me as a senior. The location was ideal close to the port. Easy walk to small cafes. The hotel restaurant was a good value with a varied menu and good service

I did not realize only moto bikes or walking to the beaches!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick. Super Dusche mit bestem Wasserdruck. Gutes Frühstück und gutes Essen sowie leckere Cocktails. Sehr herzliche Besitzer. Vielen Dank es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Les propriétaires ont essayé de nous tromper 2 fois: - En arrivant à l'hôtel en nous donnant une chambre qui n'était pas celle que nous avions réservé. Nous devions avoir une chambre avec salle de bain privative et nous avons eu une chambre avec salle de bain dans le couloir et séparée de la chambre voisine avec juste un rideau... Nous avons finalement obtenu la bonne chambre après l'avoir réclamé. Ce ne peut pas être une erreur , ils ont juste essayé de nous donner une autre chambre moins confortable. - En quittant l'hôtel le matin , la propriétaire nous a réclamé le paiement une seconde fois alors que nous avions déjà payé la veille ! Nous n' avions alors reçu aucune preuve de paiement. C'était clairement une tentative de vol. J'ai dû me mettre en colère pour éviter ce double paiement. L'hôtel en soi est d'un mauvais rapport qualité prix : vielle salle de bain, chambre ayant aussi besoin de rénovation et structure pas très propre. Beaucoup de pression des propriétaires pour manger et faire des activités. Si vous refusez on ne vous sourit plus jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Vous avez beaucoup mieux sur l'île pour ce prix.

We booked a room for one night and also the boat tickets. Then when we were already on the way to the island, the owner cancelled us the room - at the same day!!! It was really Bad, as it was on a weekend and we arrived there with no place to stay. The owner didnt even helped us out to find another place. I guess he met someone on the island who would pay more for the room without using booking.com, then he cancelled us. So if You don't want to arrive at the island without having a room - Do definitely not book the Sunbay Homestay!

Sea view room is fabulous. Hosts are very helpful, communication in English was good Host organised our snorkel trip for a very good price. Food is excellent and their seafood is very affordable.

Good location on Cham Island near the dock. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We had cocktails brought up to our verandah to watch the sunset which was lovely. The view from the room was great. The owners were happy to help us with motorbike hire and boat transfers & also changing our original boat bookings when we decided to leave the island a day early.

For us one day here was enough to check out Cham Island. The homestay bed even though it had a doona layer on the mattress was unfortunately still too hard for us. We didn’t ask for more padding as we were leaving the next day. We only ate at the homestay, food was ok.

The staff of the homestay was incredibly friendly and welcoming! They helped us with our snorkeling trip and even attended to special requests (food, massage ect.) I would only recommend staying here! Amazing!!
