Nothing, checked out the same day, and booked in at another geust house at 8.00 that night, the wifi did not work , bedding was dirty, towels had holes in them and were stained, walls were dirty and cupboard filthy, mattress was brown and dirty and pillows stained, curtains were dirty... property was not kept, no staff only 1 lady available, gate intercom did not work and pool was green.

The pool was green, we booked it for the pool as we are from the UK so swimming is important, the staff lost our second booking, we found somewhere else and then they wouldn't refund us. the shower door was broken and came off the hinges, not safe with a child. beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Tv only had one channel working, the fridge only froze everything.

It was a horrific experience!!!
It's a far cry from the pictures posted on several sites! No wi-fi, no breakfast and no toiletries as specified. Tv doesn't work properly even after reporting it to Risuna.Terrible dirty matrass, lots of dust, torn hard towels, no handtowel. Garden unattended! Pool's greener than the grass! I took pictures as proof!

🥰 Warm welcome from Resuna the manager, breakfast was nice, Elisabeth was very friendly, and the man who works at the garden. WIFI was well connected

welcome was poor. No response to the number pasted at intercom. no luggage assistance. breakfast was over priced and poor menu provided. I told them my child doesn't eat eggs can she have cheese instead. No cheese eggs for the entire duration of our stay. One of the days (Sunday) breakfast was served very early and left cold. the following day we requested it at 8am and the kitchen was late. My daughter left at 8h45 without breakfast. Next day eggs were back, no cheese no tomatoes , just over microwaved nuggets and the ever-present baked beans. Staff tried to be apologetically friendly but were visibly stressed and unhappy

Our room was on second floor with balcony and large window which had a very beautiful view. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful.
