Great location

There was a mould like smell in the room which I didn’t like even when I spoke to the staff about it they said the carpet had been changed. Which I hardly doubt so . I also found that there was not much variety in the breakfast which was disappointing most food were catering to south Asian people . I had an incident on my first day with one of the waiters who removed me from me seat at breakfast to allow his friends to sit in my seat I never thought this type of situation would happen in a hotel . Another thing you should be aware about is this hotel has parties on Weekends so if your a light sleeper like me you will have trouble sleeping . Spoke to hotel staff about it a couple of times but nothing was done They should have sound proof rooms if they want to have parties in the hotel .

The location of the room was very good. The staff was lovely. A very good breakfast is offered daily with fresh fruits. The reception area is lovely and there is always a beautiful fragrance around.

The room is very good and welcoming. However, the bathroom had a technical issue, water kept leaking while having a bath. I would recommend the hotel to look into this.

the bathtub was clogged, the minibar was not working, the sheets of the 3rd bed was missing. Maintenance solved it

Nice Restaurant and have varieties of food but I think breakfast food choices are more Asian. I would prefer continental breakfast which will give different nationalities a choice.

The breakfast was okay…the quality of food could be better… the pancakes should be fresh, more juice options should be there,you should have karak chai not just masala chai. The pool was too small and there should be only female timings.. The view was not so good

Every aspect of the hotel was great and wonderful, from the staff to the room. I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

room was nice & clean, but please ensure makeup my room card should be available for any confusion. breakfast is also great, but need to improve with few extra items like Lassi, halwa puri specially for Pakistani guests. Location is ideal but due to hot conditions metro excess feels too far from hotel. its almost 700 to 800m away.
