liked the rooms comfort - and cleanliness

Disnt like how the staff made fake impressions- arrival we wedge met by a very cheerful awesome front desk lady and by the end of our 2 day stay you can tell the persona was made up . she wasn’t as cheerful- Also when I brought my baby for a swim, the staff member came in and told the pool full of children, “we are CLOSING THE POOL IN 5 MINUTES!!” and of course the children are going to make the most of that 5 minutes. staff member comes back n says,”POOL IS CLOSED!” with a very stern voice and literally closes the lights of the pool room off while the children were still exiting the pool. He could of waited for the children n adults to at least completely exit the pool and the room before shutting the lights. Just goes to show that prejudice got the best of this staff member. Hotel was packed of Native people and that shouldn’t have been an issue. Poor children shouldn’t have had to endure this. By day two of our stay, you can tell the staff are unable to handle a majority of the native guests being in hotel. All got stern n weren’t as positive when arrived.

The hotel is new and in good condition, staff are friendly, breakfast was good.

The room, breakfast and pool was what I liked.

They overcharged me on my damage deposit, double what I usually pay at the same place. I still haven't received my damage deposit back

the closeness to the family I came to visit.

the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped. And I was required to put a deposit down. though I got it all back I was disappointed that there was such a lack of trust

It's a beautiful, clean and nearly new hotel. Excellent front desk staff.

The staff person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful and efficient. The hotel seemed brand new. We were traveling with a dog and she gave us a room on the first floor right near the side exit, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless and designed to be aesthetically pleasing. I loved the built-in bench for our luggage and the hooks to hang jackets on. The beds were incredibly comfortable and bathroom was spacious with a great shower. We had breakfast in the morning -- it was tasty with a lot of hot and cold options.

The breakfast was very good, although the pancake machine wasn't working properly.

Brand new, clean, nice bedding, good breakfast in the morning.

No restaurants nearby other than fast food or the casino, where we did have supper.

Everything, clean and comfortable..

That I didn't get to stay longer...
