Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Bathroom not very clean, unit needs some repairs (towel handle broken, kept falling)

First we loved southern Alberta the hotel was so nice we decided to stay another night. We were very comfortable and liked the hot tub.

All around great hotel. Staff was excellent, complimentary breakfast was great and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Stayed at the hotel RIGHT next door and had a terrible experience the year before. We will definitely go back to Hampton hotels in the future. Great hotel.

The breakfast was ok. I would have liked to see more fruit. The oatmeal was also really sloppy and gross looking.

I had to state how many people were staying in the room, but upon arrival there wasn’t enough towels in the bathroom for our whole family. This was annoying. Also the pool NEVER had towels sitting there. Every time we took our kids swimming we had to go ask for pool towels. Another inconvenience. They know people swim so get towels out there!

I booked through booking.com to get the best rate. I had called before that asking if my company had a better rate, but I was told they didn’t. Although after the fact I found out they did have a better rate but the company’s name was spelt wrong when searching it. Upon arrival I tried to correct this to get the better rate but I was told I wouldn’t be able to switch to the better rate because I already paid. I asked if I could cancels the reservation and just book again right then. I was told no and I would have to contact booking.com. I looked into it after and booking.com states that cancelling the reservation with no fee is up to the hotel. It was just frustrating and disappointing that I wasn’t helped out when I asked considering it was essentially up to the hotel even though I booked through booking.com.

The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was dried out. I got hard pancakes and lukewarm water for tea one day. The other days there was no hot water. The desk was very rude for check in . The room didn't get cleaned. I asked the maid so she emptied the garbage

Staff was great. When asked for assistance, they stepped in right away. Hotel was clean, and well managed. Lots of options for breakfast.

Rate was a little high compared to other hotel.

Rooms were clean and quiet.

pool could not be accessed by guests. only way to get in was to have a staff member open the door. inconvenient!
