Breakfast was good. Room quiet. Parking is easy. Walking distance from a restaurant and the Casino.

Won’t respond to my messages even after I call them to let them know that I send a message and after booking contact them about changing my dates and discuss with them about responding to messages. Staff told me, they aren’t allowed. Then don’t be on booking.com I have travel to so many hotels, including Fairfield. Never been a issue. Deadbolt automatic business. We went in and didn’t realize the door was still open. Pool way too cold Hot tube, jets aren’t working properly. No towels available 2x Lack of diversity within the staff. Saw more diversity after 4 days. Frustrating situations. Hopefully you won’t have to deal with those. Hotel has great potential but wrong leadership.

A warm welcome set the tone for my stay. The breakfast was above average for an 'included' breakfast

Breakfast was so so. Sausage undercooked and area was busy and breakfast items were not restocked. The cheese omelette sat empty for 15 minutes which is all I wanted.
