The first front desk female was great. That's it

Everything else was bs. We were bugged early Sunday morning by 3 housekeeping staff to clean the room, after the first time with the housekeeping staff, we received 3 phone calls asking why we hadn't checked out yet and that we had not asked for late checkout but, on Saturday evening, we had booked the room for another night (with the hotel directly) and they charged my cc at 6:30 am Sunday so it was all paid for and legit. The guy who called me Sunday morning was absolutely rude and tried to turn around what he said to me. He said he was just calling to make sure everything was okay. That is absolutely not what he said, he said "you didn't ask for late checkout why haven't you checked out yet" and "there are other people checking in in 2 hours!". I told him what I had done the night before and he said no that is not what's happening and that we booked through booking.com and the reservation is over. I said to him if he would check and see that they should be the same name, the booking.com reservation and the credit card and reservation for Sunday night. I was told by Precious that she would leave a note in our file for the night auditor because he was the one that designated the rooms) he then said "no no no that's not how it works" and then as soon as he checked he saw that it was all the same information and then he turned his tone around and the words he spoke to me. He said that she didn't leave a note in our file for him. I said to him that the night auditor was the one that designated the rooms and maybe he left a note? The guy said no no no again. So because this hotel has no communication, us as customers, paying customers, have to go through the rigmar of this BS. Most likely I will never stay here again and neither will any of my family.

The staff and pool were great!

Everything made it seem like breakfast was included. It was not.

Water park was great! Kids loved it and cant wait to go back! Staff were friendly.

Road noise outside was a little loud. But it was close to a major road so can’t complain too much.

Pool area

Love the pool, Tony Roma right on site. Family had a blast.

Nothing bad to say, was a great stay.

Pool and water park were awesome

I was disappointed booked on booking . Com did not stay at hotel. But had to pay booking.com said it was going to be covered then did not cover stay. Had to leave suddenly father sick and dieing. But neither hotel or booking.site wanted to give me money back. Stressful time did not help me. Then sight also false advertising because balcony should mean outside. Not poolside total false advertising. So am I happy. No
