Frühstück überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Zimmer sind ja günstig.
Lage des Hotels. Ist es doch relativ weit weg vom Zentrum

Superb breakfast. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Room was clean and quiet.
Parking is a bit tight. Not many restaurants nearby.

Large clean room, decent bathroom, good breakfast but mainly Thai food, good coffee. Well organized hotel, rapid check inn. Large car park.
Clean but rather spartan, antiseptic accommodation. Only Thai TV, with poor reception. No restaurants in immediate area. Not very welcoming.

An oasis just off the highway.
villas not really villas, just regular rooms in smaller buildings. Burnt out light bulbs.

it’s a good hotel to make a sleepover before chiang mai
no one helped us with our baggage is more like a truck sleepover hotel

They don't speak and understand English at all.

Freshly renovated rooms, very nice and clean design with a big terrace. the bathroom is also nice. there is enough parking outside and it’s not too far from everything. we would definitely stay here again.

At night time many insect going to the room and affect to sleeping. Please improve prevention in villa at first floor.

Location miles away from anywhere, gave us the wrong room and didnt have another to give us. Pretty disappointed

The staff were friendly. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Lovely balcony (we were in a villa room). Big bathroom with bath.
We were there for one night as was perfect for that.

Unfriendly staff at reception, coffee at breakfast is terrible (nescafe), no help from management if there is a problem.

Very clean comfortable hotel. Amazing value. Well furnished. Big screen TV. Excellent shower.
Beds a little hard by European standards. Breakfast ok but limited western food. No milk!

KING - Big room, bed quite comfortable and good atmosphere
Water from shower when it's hot too hot and then when it got cut off it's too cold .. not steady. I had to keep turning the tap all time. Hotel should fix the water system for shower.
