Very comfortable beds, amazing and friendly staff. Tram always greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed any help.

Perfect location 5 min walking from the center. Very clean and comfortable with a small and cute swimming pool. I loved their free rental bike to explore the city.

I alredy travel for 3 Years in Asia,Threeway Villa (i think its new or just been renovated) In Hoi an was the best place i was staying at, by far !! The perfect Location on the river ,walking distance to any attraction, the room was big,clean and equipped with every thing, the pool is so clean,but above all the staff (more like Family as its owned by a young couple with a kid and they're expacting another one in few months). Hien, Hanh and Chau were so nice and helpful ,they just wanted to help and make my staying pleasant, i will be back there for sure !!!

It was a very nice place to stay, rooms ar big and clean and the view over the river is very nice. We enjoyed the swimmingpool and the staff was very helpful with all we needed. It is a nice 10 minutes walk to the center of Hoi An. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night

We did not check if the villa served breakfast but it is very hard to find breakfast in Hoi An center. So if available take it there.

Great place, friendly staff, big room. The staff were also not pushy to sell me things e.g. tours, exchanging money like other hotels in Vietnam.

The place was a little noisy due to the other customers staying there- but this wasn't the hotels fault.

Staff there are utterly fantastic. Eager to help with any questions we had. A short walk to the old town.

Hot water seemed to run out quite often. There was a funky smell coming out through the toilet.

Fabulous location and views. Free cycles to use to pop into town. Close to all the action, but away from all the noise. Gorgeous breakfast and cooling pool. The staff are very friendly and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Daily room cleaning and replenished toiletries. We will stay here again next time we visit.

No lift to the higher levels. Only an issue if you have dodgy knees like us 😂

I love the staff the lady boss the most. She has the most brightest smily face. Most of the times we do not understand something, we will look for her. The staff and the lady boss equally friendly. The location was also ok. Maybe walking to the old town is quite a distance but if you have a motorbike or bicycle or you can call the electric car just less than 10 minit away from this hotel. The interior is clean and good. Can see the river view as well from the hotel. The pancake and coffee is good! Breakfast definitely will be given a free pancake may it be pineapple or banana pancake during our stay. They taste good!

Rather disappointed when my friend room with 2 single bed have bath tub in their room, wherelse mine with queen bed doesn't have a bath tub. The pool is rather small so not much space to swim. But if going with small kids this place should be just perfect.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room had nice view of river and canal. Easy walk into town but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Breakfasts were simple but a long menu to select from, the omelette and Cau Lao was best.

Very friendly staff, arranged a trip for us and laundry done within a day. Breakfast lovely. Birthday banner was put up for my partners birthday which was a nice touch. Around 15 minutes into the main part of town which is reasonable or can get a grab for very cheap. Flower will do everything possible to make nice stay.

No lift therefore if on top floor it's a bit of a mission after a few pints. Very noisey surrounding area from dogs which isn't the hotels fault but didn't allow a restful night sleep.

It's a pity that we had hoped to get a room that matches the picture booked, a room with a balcony overlooking the river and bathtub, but when checking in we get a room on the first floor where the room has no windows The room smells a little damp breathing is a little difficult. And more than that if a customer on the upper floor walks down the stairs, the room we stay on the first floor will clearly hear the footsteps.

The location is great, everything in walking distance. We were very happy with our room, as it was spacious and comfortable. Both owners are very nice. I like everything about our room 301 and also can walk to the old town about 10-15 minutes. There are also bicycles to borrow :)

The towel is a bit musty. I guess maybe because it was raining all day.

The staff were so kind and helpful to us during our stay, there was no request too big or small. The selection available for breakfast was fantastic and every dish that we tried was absolutely beautiful. A lovely family run hotel, the owners and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, freshly made to order breakfast. A beautiful pool to relax by after a tiring day exploring Hoi An. I highly recommend you seek out this hidden gem.

The hosts were a wonderful, genuine couple, always available to meet your every requests, and a good source of helpful info. The rooms were modern, stylish, equipped with large screen TVs (BBC, CNN, NatGeo), and all comes with a beautiful view of the riverside and town area, and yet strategically situated a short walking-distance away from the main hustle-bustle core for a quiet, relaxing sleep. A nice, clean pool for a dip and chill.

It's a small family-run operation, so don't expect any fancy buffet-style breakfast - only basic ala-carte orders - but the town area provides plenty of food options for all budgets for all hours. Hoi An is supposed to be the culinary capital of Vietnam, so go out and explore. The higher-than-usual bathtub was a little awkward for older folks with lesser mobility, but was fine for me, although it can get the floor a little wet after use.

Extremely helpful owner who helped us with queries at many occasions, his wife and family/staff were all friendly and warm, quiet and calm location, clean and comfortable room. We were very happy with our stay. I even had a such a surprise on my birthday—a beautifully handwritten message sending kind wishes my way and a box of cupcakes.

It was the rainy season so there were times when the bathroom was slightly humid.
