Very Good location if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to Skegness Center.
Easy to find, good parking.

Lovely quiet location, little to no noise, small arcade on site nice pub on site though music was exceptionally loud so always drank outside. Friendly people.
Parking was an issue, supposed to be parking available but at least a quarter of the stay we had to park outside of the caravan park and walk to the caravan. TV didn't work in the second bedroom, TV in another room was partially broken, the door to the shower/toilet was broken and didn't lock, there was dirty oven trays left in the oven, light is so dim in the bathroom you stand in partial darkness in the shower and water often went from red hot to cold and back, there was stains on the cushions on the sofa(drink? Stains) and there wasn't enough pillows for everyone so had to buy more.

Cannot fault caravan. The site has all you need. Very quite. Nice club on site. Had no problems with getting into van. keys in key safe at van given code by owner on the day. Would definitely use again.

Caravan was nice, equipped with everything we needed and more, great location, out of season so no food or entertainment. Dog friendly.

The caravan was nice and warm to go in to. Also clean and well equipped. You can walk into the centre of Skegness from the caravan. The site was well kept and well equipped. The host was great!!

The location is close to the beach where we were able to walk our dogs. The onsite shop is handy and has everything you need.

The caravan is in an ideal spot near shops and club house. It’s spacious and has all you need in it.
Through no fault of the owner, the gas boiler didn’t work properly for 2 days which meant no shower had to use the campsites shower block one day. Other than that it was great.

We loved our stay in the warmth caravan. From the minute we arrived we knew we would rebook, the kids were happy, lots of space around the caravan. Very clean and had everything you could need for the perfect caravan holiday.
Anyone that has something they dislike about this caravan is either what my kids would call a Karen or just dense. It’s a lovely caravan.

Absolutely loved our stay. We will be back again next year. Great location, easy to get to local amenities. The caravan has everything needed from all kitchen accessories to TVs in all rooms. Beds comfy. Big lounge area. Dog friendly. 2 toilets. Shower hot & powerful. The hosts we're very accommodating & friendly. Boiler in full working order. Shame about the rain, still it didn't ruin our first time in Skegness. We will be a million percent back. Thanks guys

The caravan had some nice extra touches, nice shower, 2 toilets and tv in every room, which I’m sure kids will love ! Very clean and spacious, site clean and well kept , on site pub and shop both had friendly , helpful staff, would definitely recommend.
The only thing which can’t be helped is the steps can be slippy when wet, once you slip you won’t do it again though 😂

Excellent location, both the site and the caravan were very clean and well maintained. Very dog friendly site. Brilliant heating and powerful shower. Being able to hire bedding and towels saved valuable car space.

Heating and hot water should have been checked , We are 69 and 77 year olds did not expect to climb on stool and take battery out of fire alarm to stop it going off , having said all that grandchildren enjoyed it.
