Man i cant say enough about this property from the time of booking to the check in process was great this was my first VRBO stay and Kevie was on point with the communication abd transparency you get your own parking spot and walk right up the stairs for easy access Digital check in for to the unit the apartment was very clean and the furnishings were very high end will definitely be back can't beat it for the price!

Excellent property all the way around. Communication was top notch. Something I feel worth mentioning; having never been to St Louis, and traveling alone, receiving a welcome text shortly after arrival was extremely comforting! Quiet, stylish, clean, and that shower after 9 hours of flights, simply magnificent!! My next trip to St Louis, most definitely will include another stay here on Cherokee street.

This property was very modern and that in itself was my favorite part of the property. I loved the LED lights throughout the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It was the perfect size for my partner and I.

We really enjoyed staying here! Lovely home and great area to walk with plenty of shops and eateries nearby!

Very accommodating, my first visit to St. Louis was perfect and I enjoyed being able to walk to the shops along the street.

My husband and I took a mini vacay to St Louis for a weekend and stayed at this lovely home. Location is very close to downtown activities. The owners were helpful with check in and any questions we had. Would stay here again!

My husband and I wanted a location for a quick 2 day honeymoon that was close and convenient to the things we wanted to do. This fit the bill! It was close to downtown spots for the Cardinals game and the brewery tour, but we also enjoyed our walk to a little diner on Cherokee St for breakfast. It was an easy check in process, everything was clean, and we were very happy with our stay.

Location was central and very easy to get to. Great off-street parking and apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and couch to enjoy both TV's.

The rental property was neat! We found so much to do around Saint Louis! The owner was very nice and was good at communicating! The only down side was the shower it was confusing to use there was a guide but it wasn’t super informative and the water pressure was awful!

The only thing that was less than desirable was the repeatedly texts and messages from the hosts who basically rushed me to check out. I was pleased with my weekend here and the wonderful service of the hosts but the messages that I received on check out day were pushy and made me feel as if I was being rushed to get off the property.

My experience at this property was not what I thought it would’ve been just looking at the property online and once I got to the property the evening that me and my husband arrived we had no idea that we were going to be cleaning like we was at home because the property not being properly cleaned there was hair in the bed hair on the bathroom floor the next morning when we got up we wash the linens we swept the floors this was only supposed to been a four day stay after the second day I was ready to check out not always to go without seeing the neighborhood made me feel very unsafe the backyard is very muddy you can’t get in through the front door you have to go through the backyard so I contacted the owner to see if we could leave early and not stay the full four days of course he said no refund or discount towards the unit after I advised him that I had to wash and sweep and clean the property myself he told me his property was not a hotel and that he apologized for his housekeeping so I called and reported it to him Vrbo and then they contacted him and he still said no refund no discount and connected me to him and I spoke again to the landlord and explain to him that this was unfair and I wanted to leave the day before check out and have that they refund it he still see it now this person that owns this property is very very inconsiderate just a heads up if I was you I would totally check his property over before staying the night on the first night And and I would never stay at this property again because it is in the hood and that’s not good the only safety you would have is his house for Security good luck
