Spacious and beautiful spot with an amazing location.

This is our second stay at the Penthouse. It sleeps 12-16 without ever having to even share a bed. An incredible experience being just off old Scottsdale road and walking distance from restaurants and night life.

We stayed here for a guys golf trip and it was nice. Loved the location and working with Parsons and their concierge with all of our logistics. Highly recommend

This house was great for our group of 13. It could not have been in a better location for us. No need to get ubers as we could walk to everything we needed! Great communication for check in and and they answered all the questions we needed. Thanks for a great experience!

The rental was effortless and the communication with the renter was excellent. If you want to get the most of Old Town Scottsdale, this is the place.

Cant beat the location. Place is big and roomy. Obviously rented pretty hard and its starting to show. We had shower issues that they fixed. Hot tub never worked right. Plus its moldy and gross. Picture must be from years ago. Owner down below is a jerk but the people he has working for him are fantastic and responsive. Its worth staying here if you wanna be downtown but just stay away from the cool guy down below.

15 middle aged guys who all went to Ucla getting together for ASU vs Ucla football game and two rounds of golf. Place was perfect for us! Outstanding

Amazing location and really fun property, thing really great bachelor pad, a little wonky but that's the charm. We watched movies in the movie room, played pool and sipped bubbly in the Hot Tub. It's also in the center of Old Town Scottsdale which is fun in itself. All in all it was a blast and a great place for my family, however that being said there are a few oddities. The property management has a list of requirements that make it a little inconvenient. They charge $35 per bag of garbage left behind and they ask you to take the bedding apart when you leave. I don't really go on vacation with my family to deal with garbage and bedding. That's why its a vacation. If this stuff doesn't bother you then you're going to have fun here. Like I said, it's little bit bachelor pad, and that's pretty cool. It's a fun property with a lot going for it.

Overall great stay. Hot tub was a little dirty and expected more bathrooms but besides that is was great. Would definitely recommend.

I can not say enough good things about this property or the team who manages it. It's a PALACE right in the middle of oldtown, and quite frankly i think it's actually the only residential place there. We were blown away by the size of the place and the little details they focused on. The art was gorgeous, the accessories everywhere were great. The sound system was soooo good, with TVs everywhere -- including a giant theatre room with 9 loft beds that we didn't even know about!!! The beds were absurdly comfortable, the couch fit 10 people who all fell asleep on it... the list goes on and on. Their concierge team is not kidding about being a concierge team, these guys do it all. We even got to meet the owner himself who was so damn cool and welcoming. Honestly, if you're looking at rentals in old town and see this as penthouse as available, just book it now. If you come back, it's probably gonna be gone already. Thanks for everything Sean and Co., can't wait to come visit again soon!

Process was smooth!

Overall we were pleased but here were the issues. 1) no silverware available for use. 2) the 7th bedroom had a couch and elevated bunk beds which was not disclosed. 3) parking was impossible because of tourists. 4) since this is a non-residential neighborhood there was a “leaf blower” every night at 2 or 3 am. Along with jack hammering starting at 6 am. In summary, we would not rent this location again for a group of golfers.

You pay good money to book this property, and they charge a lot of fees and show nothing in return. Large cleaning fee, Damage fee, and concierge fee, and then a processing fee on top. Maybe if they had been a professional accommodating business, one wouldn’t pay any mind to the extra fees. They were not accommodating at all, during the 3 days of our stay. We didn’t even ask for much. One of the girls notified the staff via email that one of the showers was leaking and causing a large puddle to form on the bathroom floor. The response was basically saying that it’s typical of the shower to do that, there’s ample towels in the closet and to basically just wipe it up and move on. She stated that not one previous guest had complained about the water puddles. She was just notifying them so if there was damage to any part of the bathroom they would be aware. Well, a few hours later, someone from below since that’s where the office is, notified them that apparently the leak had caused a flood in their office and needed to let plumbers in upstairs. Of course, no one could get ready or shower in the bathroom for those 2 hours and nothing was said from the staff about it. Also, between 8 people there was not enough toilet paper and when asked if there was some in the house, they questioned about there being 4 rolls in each of the two bathrooms and if that wasn’t enough? Yet another rude response when you’re paying a concierge fee they should be a little more professional, friendly, and accommodating. There obviously wasn’t 4 rolls, but by the time she ended up responding about giving a code to a closet to get more toilet paper, we had just went to the store anyway. Minor issue, but with everything that happened the whole weekend, it all adds up to something that could have been avoided and been a wonderful weekend. When they reached out regarding the leak, the person was more concerned with how many people were staying in the villa, as she was confused and thought we booked for 1 person when our contract clearly said 10. It had nothing to do with the leak, although again very unprofessional and rude. Also, a majority of the electric outlets were not working, and a maintenance person had to come in and rewire them properly. On our last night there, we went to bed around midnight as we all had early flights. We heard loud music from downstairs. It was coming from the Parsons Villas below as it is attached to the building. The music got ...

What an incredible large penthouse suite in old town Scottsdale - We were a group of 16 and the space was perfect. Located walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable. Thanks for a great experience Parsons!

This place was perfect for a big group. It is walking distance to a ton of bars/restaurants. It has a huge couch and living area that will fit large groups and allow everyone to sleep comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Truly as close to a perfect airbnb/vrbo experience as you can get. Everything was as advertised and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

The place was spot less and has lots of beds to accommodate a larger group. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The check in and check out process was super easy. Highly recommend.
