Though it was just two of us, the place was perfect. This would be a great location for a group or family. You have to walk a bit from the parking area to the condo but the walkway was cleared and flat. Kitchen was well equipped, bed in primary was very comfortable. Great location!

One of the most spacious 2br Condos we have ever rented! Everything was perfect! While the hot tub was out for maintenance, the property management folks gave us access to another!

The unit is a second floor walk up and we can walk to our family. It is economical and is good condition, normal wear for an older condo. We are only three, so it might be a bit crowded for more than two couples or a family of more than 5.

Older but well kept unit. Stove needs replaced and living area could use a larger TV. Really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good stay. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was being rebuilt, but the condo was centrally located and a convenient store is across the street from complex. Lots of trees and beautiful surroundings. The pillows were very comfortable and no one complained about the beds. I attended a conference at the Keystone Conference center at walked to it. About a 15 minute beautiful walk.

Pros- Excellent wifi and location. Plenty of room for a large family. Building is clean and property is well taken care of. Cons-Prior to booking it was important that my party had access to a hot-tub. A week or two prior I received a message saying the hot tubs were down. I did express that is was an issue for my party and I did not receive a message back. There was a sticky liquid residue throughout the living room walls. Most if not all dishes were dirty. Crusty carpet/rug upstairs in the master and stained (possibly dirty?) linen on a couple of the beds. Screens kept falling off the window as well as blinds (Reported to maintenance) Just a note if you are someone who needs a cooler house, this unit does not have AC and with the windows opened and fans running the house stayed around 75 degrees plus the whole time.

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for 2 couples. It was very roomy and had everything we needed. It is close to Dillon lake and Keystone.

The only issue we did have was that a lot of the dishes in the cabinets weren't super clean and we had to wash things before using them. There were also a couple of throw pillows on the bed that had some kind of crust on them as well as one dirty pillowcase that we had to switch out with a spare. Other than those few things, everything else was amazing. The location was close to some beautiful hiking trails. The Dillon Reservoir is close by where we did some pontooning. We also got to see a Moose on the property. Overall it was a great trip.

We were at the condo with our 2 grandsons and really enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the shuttle to Keystone, the pool, and the space the condo had. Check in was easy. Location was perfect for us.

Condo was in the perfect location. Right down the street from Keystone lifts and about 10 minutes from A-Basin. Tons of food options, coffee shops, and ski rentals in the area. Kitchen is well stocked with accessories to cook, including seasonings. The bedrooms are spacious with comfy mattresses, extra pillows, and blankets. We used the pool area once. The hot tub was under repair (total bummer). The pool is heated and on the warmer side. We will definitely book again through them.

The condo was lovely. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. When booking that was our number one requirement. If we were aware when booking that the hot tub was not available we would not have booked this condo. When booking it advertised that there was a hot tub and feel it should have informed us that it was broken. Apparently it had been down for a while and was not due to be fixed until summer.

We arrived for a short mid-week stay and the condo was perfect. As advertised and comfortable and convenient in every regard. Communication was good and check-in/check-put was very convenient. For Keystone accommodations that are not “ski-in/ski-out,” this is as good as it gets. A ski shuttle right outside the door that takes you right to the slopes.

The unit is a second floor main with a loft bed/bath. The location was within walking distance of our family which was the most important consideration. The condo was clean, but not spotless. We did some food prep and the kitchen was adequate to prepare a Thanksgiving meal to take to the family. The layout is what one would expect. We weren't skiing, but there was bus service and I assume it served Keystone Resort. There is a convenience store across the street.

The beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked, and the bathrooms were very spacious with lots of storage. The fireplace was a added bonus that we all enjoyed. The swimming pool/ hot tub was a short walk away so that was nice since it was so cold outside. The only downside is how far you have to park to where the condo is. It made loading and unloading a little more difficult. But great location, condo was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: the condo is a great space and met our needs, it felt more spacious than some and that was great, but could use some updating for sure. the shower curtains are moldly. we were very disappointed to find the pool ice cold, slimy and cloudy, they did come shock it after we called but still cold. the property management company said it was the HOA's problem and they could not really control it.. the hot tub was not working at all. Main reason we chose this condo was for the pool/hot tub for our kids to use so that was a huge disappointment and unfortunately for that reason we likely would not stay here again.

The property is great with a convenience store located in walking distance. The unit we were in was a little outdated but clean and comfortable for our needs. Plenty of supplies for homemade meals and a grill on the patio with an awesome view. Really enjoyed the stay.

Great place, clean, good location, good communication. Was a bit hard to find the place in the condo area we drove around a few times (Google maps just took us to the general location) but got there eventually. Would definitely stay there again!

This was a great spot to stay. There were very few people around at this time of year so the condo was very quiet. It was well equipped and a very comfortable spot to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is great and very spacious unit. A few things to consider: The spare bedroom is very loud with the heating unit in the closet! Hard to sleep in there with the noise level. Also, the unit needs pots/pans in kitchen. Very sparse - not enough if you cook/eat meals in.

Everything was good, worked perfectly for our group. Will be booking it again.
