I liked the location and the security and the people at the restaurant were very friendly

I didn't like that the room was really cold and there was something wrong with the plumbing cause that was a very bad smell coming from the master bathroom. Also the cleaners took our belongings. The ones we forgot and when we tried going back to collect it, it wasn't there so there's no honesty amongst your stuff just incase someone leaves something.

Innocent was willing to help as was the maid. The apartment has good facilities- liked that they gave washing machine/dryer even though didn’t use them. But would for a relatively longer stay. The iron was useful.

Was not given information by booking.com about how to get key to my apartment. If I hadn’t called the property earlier, I would have been stuck at security without Innocent’s name . I was given a very noisy room. My stay was only 3 days so didn’t cook a lot but their pots are quite old and not attractive to use. If staying longer would need to get myself a pot or 2. The color of towels is suspect and one cannot tell how clean they are. Would be good to have instructions e.g. on how to use the TV. Figured it out by myself eventually.

my apartment got changed last minute . I had to request towels,they arrived late,,and the towels where not even enough for 4 people ,,we asked for extra and we got none only one toilet paper ,we even ran out of toilet paper,they should really put extra towels didn’t look clean enough

Location and two bathrooms even though they were not very clean

Towels were damp, kitchen not fully equipped (no decent crockery, cutlery, utensils etc) Swimming pool not strategically positioned. The noise from the restaurant downstairs was too much, they were hosting a Christmas party. I forgot my sunglasses in the apartment and communication with host has been very poor.

it was spacious with comfortable beds and great deco . the back up in the restaurant section . great to see WiFi works even during power outages

couch needs maintenance . when there’s power outages can they try to cater for some lights in the apartment and can the back up generator kick in smoother for the elevators

I appreciate the dim lights technology. I also loved the fact that the internet connectivity stayed on even when there were power cuts.

1. The bedding wasn’t clean(it was stained) even though it smelled washed. 2. The water drainage in the other room was really bad. 3. The couch is worn out. 4. The blinds bring in too much light, even at night. This means we always had early mornings even when we did not want to. 5. The curtains in the living room were very dirty. 6. There was dirt on extractors, it was too visible to ignore.

Apartment so clean , we liked every thing about our room. It was indeed so spacious and we really felt like home away from home

Communicate in advance regarding the key collection process . I was expecting a reception area , but the good thing is there is a contact number on the booking which was promptly answered .

after showering the drains in the bathroom had this weird strong terrible smell, but apart from this we enjoyed our stay.
