Communication with the owner, was terrible and after having the property booked for over a month and trying to confirm check in times etc when arriving we were double booked. This left a large party of 10 without accommodation for the Easter Long weekend. After traveling from Victoria and having other Reef activities booked we were beyond gutted. Stays themself were no help with no alternatives available and a long horrible phone process to contact them numerous times.

The place was nice, really enjoyed the stay and the manger Pete was to good to talk to.
