the face towel i was using was collected but was not replaced.. the cofi sugar was jot replenished as well as the slippers

toilet and bath layout seems a bit odd. it turns out to be all wet everytime you shower. toilet rug provided looks so dirty when drenched with water. toilet door lock was defective, even the bidet.

The bed was extremely comfortable, And it had a unbelievably good breakfast buffet

I was There for 4 days and the TV never worked as the cable was out, the Internet was bad more than good.. The staff was always attentive

I initially booked for the wrong date. Fortunately, the hotel staff accommodated my request for a change of date of stay without additional charges. This is much appreciated.

Everything was great in this hotel.

Except their restaurant didn’t have much option for dinner but anyways there were SM Mall nearby. Their shower design are so poor water splashes outside to your dry area, no door.

Nice room, great location, wonderful staff The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was very convenient.

the accessibility to the city proper and it was near from my friend's house. breakfast was good too!

1. the first time we entered the room was not pleasant at all. there were blood stains and yellow stains on the bed sheet, the pillow smells like someone has slept on it. we called the staff to immediately change the sheets which they did right away. 2. the second day of our stay, staff made up our rooms and yet, we think they were in a hurry because they did not fold the sheets properly. very messy and we couldnt trust the cleanliness anymore 😅 sheets really doesnt smell like newly washed. 3. CR gets very messy and wet once you take a shower because theres no door or complete divider. so the water goes outside. 4. we can hear people from outside and other rooms. rooms are not soundproofed. 5. looking for a parking space is difficult. but the guard is helpful enough to assist us.

The hotel is very clean.

The parking area is difficult because you have to compete with none hotel guests. The key card for our room was problematic.

I like the modern style of room.

The king size bed is not comfortable kasi pinagtabi ung dalawang single you can feel the rubber they used to connect the beds.

The property is new and clean. The design is modern and overall stay is great.
