I like the location of the hotel.. usually go here with family when going for holiday.. 😊

The room we got that day had an unusual bad smell 🤢🤢🤢 The smell was so bad when we first enter the room.. we thought the room smell will disappear after few minutes.. but when we head out the room to go to eat.. then came back.. we thought the smell was gone but it still there & even worst than before.. Before check out, we stumbled with one male housekeeping staff & told what happened, he said the smell is because of some new paint being painted in the room.. this actually doesn't explain why we were getting a room with new paint in the first place plus with that smell at that.. they should check first if new paint will give any bad smell 😕 WE USUALLY STAY AT THIS HOTEL & NEVER EXPERIENCE SOMETHING LIKE THIS.. SO WE HOPE THEY TAKE CONSIDERATION OF THEIR CUSTOMERS' ROOM.. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Walking distance to the mall and there's a 24-hr restaurant near the hotel. There is also a 24-hr convenience store nearby. Ample parking lots in front of the hotel.

The rooms without windows are a bit cramped. No mini fridge in the rooms.

The staff were perfect. Friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as I was having something on at Toppen Shopping Centre and it was within walking distance through and fro. The loft was great— comfortable and value for money.

Would prefer the ironing board and iron to be in individual rooms but there wasn't a line to use the iron in the corridors so it's not too bad. The toilet is not for fussy users, it can be quite crampy and uncomfortable for those who are particular about toilet sizes.

Stayed before, was amazing. This time it’s not. Staffs were unfriendly, all of them, met 5, none is friendly. Room ia not well cleaned. Hairs of previous guests is still on bed, 4-5 strands, that’s a lot. Shower is not hot, just not cold. Aircon is not cold, woke up in sweats a few times throughout the night

Location is good and price is affordable.

1) There was a small dot of blood stain on the blanket which is not very pleasant. 2) Water heater need to be improved. When the water level was high, the temperature of the water turned cold. Likewise, when the water level was low, then temperature of the water will turned hot. 3) The renovation during my stay in the hotel really ruined my sleep. The drilling and knocking sound was very loud and disturbing, understand that the hotel is upgrading to be a better place to stay but just very unlucky to check in at this particular period. Literally can’t have a peaceful and quiet sleep.

the location. walkable to aeon and toppen. nearby there are some convenience store within walk distance too.. and a really nice breakfast place. they have a mini pantry with free coffee n snacks too

Very good location. Less than 5min drive to Aeon shopping mall and abt 10min drive to Austin heights . Bellygood Cafe next door serves good food too. Room is clean and very good wifi.

Beds are on hard side while pillows relatively soft/flat. Lack of hangers, only 3 in the room for 4 persons.

The family room (with windows) was big and clean. Hotel location was convenient to other food establishments as well.

The inside part of the hotel looks a bit old. There is also an unpleasant stench upon entering the hotel.

Lack of eating areas, especially breakfast, paid parking needs to use parking coupons.

D room is clean so as d toilet. All the linens & towels also clean. Worth it for RM 80 stay. Will come again.

The only drawback is room is very small, so for Muslim, a bit difficult to pray because there’s no space between bed & toilet. Comfortable for 1 person, if 2 or more will be a bit congested. Bed is smaller than queen size.

It is a clean and neat place for resting for a night or two. Definitely worth the money!

Staff seems very disgruntled when serving at the front desk. Made the check-in a bit uncomfortable and gave a poor first impression at first. Luckily the room is clean despite the small size.
