Hotel is built with a lot of character and is charming! our bed was comfortable and we liked the shower with the sky light. staff was helpful and arranged customized breakfast to go boxes for the days we had early morning excursions.

good internet and nice terrace overlooking central Arequipa, where breakfast is served. staff is very attentive,

my room was small and a bit claustrophobic, with no windows, only the entrance door.

Lovely rooms and the breakfast terrace with a view of the volcano is beautiful. Very nice breakfast - juices delicious. Liked the eco philosophy of the hotel. Well located for visiting the historic quarter and also Yanahuara area.

We loved the stay - maybe if one slight criticism, when setting breakfast tables put plates out rather than having to ask. Could do with an extra person serving when busy.

I like the vintage style building and decorations so much. The owner is very hosty and he shown us his personal collections.

Central location only 10 mins walk to the Plaza, very comfy bed and quiet area. Exceptional breakfast too!

Staff was excellent and shared so much info on the history of the building . A nice indoor sitting area with a bar serving excellent drinks.

Staff was nice and accommodating. This historical building was tastefully remodeled with nice courtyard, spacious bedroom room, and big bathroom. Very good breakfast with rooftop view. The location is a short walk to the city core and it is in a safe area.

This is a wonderful hotel, ticking all the 'boutique' boxes. Tastefully renovated, wonderful, huge room and bed, high quality bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. We loved the terrace overlooking Arequipa, where we enjoyed a lovely breakfast (a feast!). It is less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre, so perfect location without being in the chaos of the city. Service was impeccable, they allowed us an early check-in, and they also let us borrow towels post check-out to freshen up before heading to our next destination. They kept our luggage for two days whilst we were exploring Colca Canyon and helped us arrange all our transportation imbeccably! I would go back in heartbeat. This hotel is great.

Nothing. Just get our bedroom's door lock fixed please, to make guests' life easier :)

Breakfast was good, the hotel aesthetic is nice

The hotel is aestetically nice but is it worth it if you can't sleep well? We stayed 3 night and we could't sleep well neither one night. There is a field with a rooster that started to crowing at 5.50/6 am every morning but also doorbell at 4 am, steps at 6.30 am because the room is beneath the terrace where they serve breakfast, traffic. I also payed more to reserve the "Junior suite" (it's no suite at all, just a regular room with no sofa, no safe deposit box, no slippers or bathrobe, no heating sistem) that is the furthest from the street, so less traffic but there were all the other noises. The hotel is not cheap at all, so if you're looking for a decent night of sleep go somewhere else. Also, the wifi was not working continuously, we asked about it 3 times, then we get tired to ask.

Beautiful old house with a nice inside area and a wonderful roof terras for breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and helped with every question we had.
