Location, modern finishes/decor on main floors, espresso machine for breakfast and Eggs cooked fresh for you to order. Shower water got hot and room was cleaned daily. Key sightseeing spots were a short walk away (5-10mins to plaza).

Roof bar was closed due to COVID. Room was advertised as "sound proof" but merchants outside could be heard until about 9pm.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Plaza de Armas and within a 15-minute walk to sites of interest and many restaurants.

The service was excellent. Anything you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The location, breakfast, bed and shower were also great! Would love to come back here.

The location was good. Room was spacious and clean. They let one of our group check out late as he wasn’t feeling well and we had a late flight.

The roof area was closed and no bar. Additionally our clothes got lost for a while when sent out for laundry. it was a whole thing and the lady on reception was not overly helpful. The woman who did check out was very nice though.

The doorman! He is amazing, so enthusiastic and really takes his duties seriously. The blackout curtains, corridor seating (parents of young kids sharing our room), and the wifi was the best we have had. The receptionists were so helpful, even if we only managed to communicate through broken english/Spanish and google translate. The breakfast team too! Reception even organised us the best breakfast box to takeaway the day we checked out at 5am, thank you!

It was a shame the rooftop bar wasnt open.

Everyone who works there is exceptionally kind, helpful and accommodating. My room is left immaculate every single day after Housekeeping has been in. I went on a 2 day 1 night Colca Canyon trek and had told the lady at front desk that I'll be off at 3am and that I won't be returning the next day but will still be keeping my room, and she immediately offered me a breakfast box that'll be ready for when I leave. The food box saved me

Lovely comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and great roof terrace with view. Although it is not open as a bar it is a really comfortable space to sit. The doorman is lovely and very keen to help. Location is good 5 minute walk from main plaza. Very Good breakfast with options.

Great from start to finish! The staff were lovely and so helpful for everything we needed! The terrace was incredible and very private- no one was there so we could sit up there and enjoy the view to ourselves! Beds were comfortable and shower was so hot!!

Everything. Good location, helpful staff, which greeted us at night and early morning. Room is also spacious and clean. Shower is great.

I forgot my earrings in the hotel room, once I came back they were gone. very unpleasant situation, the cleaning staff just threw it or took it.

Free Parking place in centre of town. Friendly staffs. Welcome drink. Good breakfast. They gave to us great recommendation for best restaurant near - Chicha Restaurant. Rooftop bar.
