El desayuno fue más de lo que nos esperamos. Una porción contundente como para decir "ya desayuné" y no tener que ir a buscar otro lugar a terminar de comer. La ubicación ni qué decir, una de las mejores vistas de la plaza mayor de Arequipa. El servicio igualmente, nos atendieron increíble. ¡Regresaremos!

Ubicado en la Plaza de Armas, a dos pasos de los principales lugares de interés turístico y de buenos restaurantes. Las habitaciones son amplias y el personal muy amable. El desayuno es bueno y se sirve en mesa o en bolsa para llevar.
La plaza es muy ruidosa los fines de semana, pero domingo a jueves el ruido acaba temprano. Quizás podría tener un mantenimiento más cuidado de algunos detalles, como las molduras decorativas caídas.

There was no air conditioner of any kind in the rooms, which is fine but it does get very hot in the afternoons even in winter, but you can just open the windows and let the cool breeze enter after sundown. The breakfast, while generous, had some odd inclusions: very sweet strawberry yoghurt on granola and only white bread or supermarket wholemeal bread. Natural yoghurt and better quality wholemeal or whole grain bread would have been appreciating. The fresh juice and coffee were delicious. The eggs were ok. I think if the hotel tried to use more of the local fresh produce it would greatly improve the quality of the breakfast. Rooms were a bit noisy at night so I wore ear plugs. The hotel is right next door to the plaza de armas where there’s always music or dance or just people and cars passing by. I was fine with ear plugs as I’m a light sleeper.

The hotel is beautiful! Our room was perfect, the facilities in great condition while also maintaining the old architecture. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. We will stay here again!

The staff were so wonderful and friendly. When they found out we had just got married they arranged a large bunch of roses and pisco sours to be brought to our room.
breakfast was extensive and delicious and it is lovely having it in the courtyard overlooking the plaza. our room also looked over the plaza and I was absolutely beautiful.

The staff were very friendly. Also the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. Location is very good - right on the central Plaza de Armas. I also liked the breakfast - the bread and juice was very tasty.
The stairs were a bit steep, but I guess that is normal for the city.

The breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful room with view of the town square. And served beautifully by George. The location is superb. The building and rooms elegant and modern.

The staff is amazing! Very very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean, the rooms and bathroom are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is very nice, variable and fresh. The receptionist and the housekeeper are very warm, kind and helpful. They work hard with a smile.

Very old stylish hotel, feel in the old times, corner at the plaza del armas, view is very nice, personel very kind and helpfull, breakfast is good, worth to stat öne two night

The location is great, directly at the main square.
The whole hotel is very aged and not having been updated for long time. We had a double room but the bed was very small. Not really comfortable. Payment possible only with Visa or cash - no Mastercard. Some mentioned services like Laundry are actually not being offered. The rooms are not sound proof at all so during the night you can hear each conversation, each car or truck passing by or honking...
If you book the Double room you'll probably not get the corner room.with the beautiful view from the pictures. We asked for it but got only an regular one with side view with the argument that it was occupied even though it felt like we were the only guests there ;-(..
