A beautiful hotel with a swimming pool and first-class service, a short (10 min) walk from the center. The room facing the inner block was completely quiet. Breakfast in the standard of a 5-star hotel!

The property has a classic hacienda style . Very luxurious architecture with high feelings. Gorgeous furniture with big rooms and private interior patio that gives the experience of a private hacienda of the 1940’s.

The hotel is colonial style and well take care off, beautiful gardens and pool. My room was quite and clean.

Probably known as one of the best hotels in Arequipa. The hotel has been around for a while and sits just on the outskirts of the main town. It’s about a 15 min walk into the main attractions. Although a little dated, the room was comfortable and spacious. Shower was a little weak but fine. Breakfast was a large spread with a lot of options buffet style. They have a large turtle in the grounds too. Staff super friendly! The chap who picked us up from the airport was incredible (Edwin?).

The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. The whole atmosphere in the room and the high ceiling in our room.

The shower was small. The majority of the staff doesn’t speak english. The sauna and the steam room were outdated and unpleasant.

Our room was very nice, 100% clean, beautiful view to the garden. Breakfast was very good, the people of the hotel were very nice. Food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel 😀👍👍

Maybe closer to city center, but otherwise I will give an 100% for excellence. I ´ll recommend this hotel to friends as they will be very happy and enjoy their stay

We loved all the amenities - pool, playground, alpacas, and lots of space.

The breakfast food was warm at best. The jacuzzi was not hot. There isn’t an elevator and most rooms were on the second floor - if mobility issues it’s a challenge as there are a lot of stairs. The rooms were warm. Even adjusting the thermostat it didn’t get below a stuffy 70 the entire stay. You get one bottle of water as a “welcome” but you’re on your own after that, or you can pay inflated prices for a small bottle of water.

Hospitality

Costa Del Sol is a classy 4* property; well managed, well trained staff, excellent location within walking distance of central Arequipa. My go-to place to stay in the white city! Rooms are very comfortable, well insulated (sound + temperature) and clean. Great buffet breakfast too! Delightful gardens with pool, made better by Juanita the Galapagos Tortoise who is older than the hotel (>80 years).

The hotel was located in a very quiet area. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. I loved sitting outside of the restaurant for breakast. The breakfast selection was very good and the service excellent. All staff provided exceptional service. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well appointed.

The free wifi was a bit slow to use for work and it is important to note that although there were only 2 floors, if you have trouble with taking your luggage up the stairs then ask the staff to help you.
