My family group had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. Could not ask for more. The views are stunning and it's only a relatively short walk downhill to Queenstown centre. Highly recommend this property.

4 couples from Chicago stayed for the week---we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. House is great for a group. Unbelievable view and very comfortable. Host is great!!

What a place… Brilliant for multiple families. Beautifully furnished, great location (a bit of a walk but ok), and what about the view (breathtaking !!!). Spa, garage, BBQ, washers and dryers, lovely kitchen and common rooms with an open fire (and firewood). Exceeded our expectations. Would love to return. Host communication was excellent.

This home is gorgeous with a cozy yet spacious, warm, comfortable feel. The view that greets you is magnificent!! There’s a wonderful open fire to sit around and toast marshmallows with lovely comfy lounges. The kitchen, laundries and bathrooms are decked out with all the items and equipment you’d possibly need including heated towel racks and tiles. It’s a fantastic place to stay for large groups with plenty of areas to escape to and a bubbling spa to relax in. The owner is a lovely lady who was always willing to help.

We had a family re-union/50th Birthday celebrations and stayed in the house for 9 days. It was the most fantastic house with gorgeous beds and bathrooms. Designed in a way the bedroom are separated from the main living area which was ideal. Fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. The house is more amazing than the photos - 11/10. Host was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

We really enjoyed our trip to Queenstown and particularly this beautiful home. Everything was immaculately clean and the property owner was caring and attentive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic house for a group. Views are spectacular. Well equipped kitchen, everything you need for a crowd. Walkable into town which was great for a group. Property manager very responsive which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Several friends and I enjoyed this property very much. It offered great views of Queenstown and the lake (and one of the best sunsets I've seen), as well as reasonable proximity to the city centre. The host, Alison, was very responsive to inquiries and very accommodating of a couple requests. The open living area was very spacious, and we especially enjoyed the big windows with seats giving a 270 degree view. And the hot tub was a wonderful respite after a couple long days!

The house is truly lovely and even better than the pictures.
However there is major roadworks around the street and so driving in and out of the property was not as direct as usual.

We had a week at this property for my mother's 70th birthday. The house was clean, well equipped, very large and as the photos show - in a location that made you feel like you were on top of the world - the views were incredible. A walk to town for those able. We didn't wish for anything. I recommend this place.

A wonderful house for a family get together. Every comfort, spotlessly clean, amazingly quiet and the wonderful view. Excellent communication throughout the booking process and minor maintenance issues attended to promptly. An outstanding experience.

Met and exceeded our groups expectations. Absolutely beautiful property-cosy and luxurious but plenty of room for our large group. Perfectly positioned for stunning views and walking to town.
Alison the property manager was outstanding,-excellent communication, absolutely lovely to deal with, we cannot thank her enough for a wonderful stay. Will be back!

Our family of ten travelled to Queenstown NZ for my husband’s 60th and wanted to stay together in a house for the week.
Waking every morning to the amazing view and sitting by the fire of an evening together. Just brilliant. The house accommodated our every need. We would definitely recommend Panoramic View as the place to stay when in Queenstown. Can’t wait to go back!

The view has to be seen to be believed its outstanding. The house is the most well appointed that I have stayed in. Everything that you could possible want was available and the beds are comfortable and best of all the pillows lovely. The Grandkids found puzzles and toys and cards to keep them entertained and all we needed was the view and a wine. I really couldn't recommend this house more.

We had three families staying together and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space, but the lounge and dining room area as the hub of the house was so cosy, inviting and perfect for our gathering. The house has every thing you could possibly need and the attention to detail is outstanding. It is a short walk from town and the views are spectacular. Could not recommend it highly enough.

The outdoor dining area makes use of a fireplace and candelabras to set the mood, even a mid-winter BBQ is possible in this setting.
I could not fault anything about this property, and would recommend you amend your travel dates if it isn't available when you book!

Beautiful house with stunning views. Really well equipped with an excellent kitchen and BBQ. Open fire was awesome. With living over three levels, it worked really well for our big group.

We had a fantastic stay. The presentation of the house on our arrival was perfect. We loved the fantastic view and never tired of looking at it anytime of the day. The appliances, kitchenware, comfortable beds, etc, etc, were all first class. The house is well appointed and the attention to detail in all things is terrific.
We loved the outdoor BBQ area and used it a number of times. It is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and is world class. Highly recommended.
