Location is amazing. The place can accommodate two big families it’s clean. We enjoyed our stay in this place and we will come back again. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time. The property was really nice. Only recommendation would be more seating for the living room area and a few large pans for cooking for large groups. The view from the window of the mountain was magnificent. Would stay there again.

The listing looked identical to the pictures shown. The view from the bedrooms and living room was very nice. Each bedroom also has a bathroom. Heated parking was also a plus. A quick 10 minute walk to gondola. Overall a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The condo was great! It was exactly as described, including all the reviews. Clean organized. Short shuttle to ski at Keystone. There are t a Tempurpedic type mattress. So if you like one that forms to you, this is the place for you! Also there are fans in the upstairs closets, to keep air circulating. Overall very pleased for our family vacation!

My family of 6 had a fantastic stay at this property, which is ideally situated between several Colorado must sees. It’s within a few hours of RMNP, Denver and Aspen. Nearby to Breckenridge, Vail, etc. The unit was clean, well-stocked and spacious. Only suggestions would be a few nightlights (for some ambient light for bathroom trips at night), updated “non-stick frying pans” and screen slider, from master bedroom to porch, needs repair (all very minor issues). Overall, our stay was wonderful! We had no need to call the property manager because everything was very clearly outlined with detailed instructions. Highly recommend this property, and the Keystone area, if you’re planning a trip to Colorado.

The condo was very large, super clean and overall great.

We had a great time staying in the condo. We had eleven in our group and there was plenty of space. The location is walkable to Keystone Village and the added bonus of the Haywood Cafe and Steep Coffee downstairs. The host, Richard, responds very quickly and answered all our questions. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Awesome place would definitely come back

We came for a family ski vacation at Keystone and had a great stay. There was a mix up regarding the unit and check in instructions that made our check in a bit stressful with two babies in tow but the property manager was easy to get a hold of and was able to sort out the mix up quickly. From there it was smooth sailing. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Super convenient to skiing at keystone. We took the shuttle that picked up right outside the building. Lovely view of the ski run from the family room. Plenty of space throughout. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well. Owners were prompt with communication.

We had a welcome basket with wine and treats waiting for us!!! The owners also put up a Christmas New Year’s tree with lights for us to enjoy. AND, the sheets smelled lovely!!! Over the top!!! 5 stars

House was comfortable and had plenty of kitchen supplies

We weren't sure what to expect because the hallway gave us a hotel like feeling. When we opened the door we were knew we were in the right place. Beautiful panoramic mountain view of the ski runs and unobstructed views above the rooftops of the closer buildings. Furnishings were very nice, necessities adequately suppled, and everything you would need in a home away from home.

The property worked very well for us with the 3 bedrooms with baths, plus a loft with a 4th bathroom. The kitchen was just large enough for our family meals and there was enough seating to eat & relax. The grandkids enjoyed the pool & hot tub and one adult used the deck as her remote office with a gorgeous view for several days. The rest of the time we were outdoors; the River Run Village is just a couple blocks, there are coffee shop/brewery/cafe on site, and the Lake Village is just a mile walk. It all worked out very well.

It was great place to stay . Plenty of room . Beautiful views . Hoping next season will be back to normal.

No problems everything went smoothly only problem we were penalized for having a 15 passenger van.That was not mentioned in information.

The property was perfect for our group of eight people. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the items needed to cook meals. Distant to slopes wasn’t quite walking distance, but there was plenty of parking at the base or you can ride the shuttle for closer drop off. Overall a nice Christmas trip. Would definitely rent again.

My friends and I were planning a weekend getaway for an end of summer trip and absolutely loved it here. The place was gorgeous and looked just like the pictures very close to restaurants and was very clean would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and as described. Excellent location, near Keystone Center. Quiet environment. Pool and barbecue area were good. Saw lots of wildlife. Highly recommend.

We had 11 in our family for this stay. 5 kids and 6 adults. This condo worked well for that large of a group. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked. The view from the condo was great and the location to fishing, hiking, and other fun activities was ideal. I would definitely stay here again!

1st time to rent a condo in Keystone. Rented in other resorts condos, you never really know what your going to get till you get there. This was very clean and had everything we needed. From a stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook with to enough towels for our group of ten. Walking distance to sloop was great. Suggestion add more tablets for dishwasher. We mostly cook our selves and with a group of ten we ran the machine at least twice a day. Overall we would love to stay in your condo again.

This is our 3rd years staying at this property. I is very nice has lots of room. The location is great if you want to walk or ride if you so desire there is a bus that stops in front of the buildin. it will take you anywhere you want to go. we will be staying here again next year if we can

Spacious condo with beautiful views. Kitchen had everything we needed including leftover coffee filters, some aluminum foil & trash bags. Nice to not have to buy every little thing you may need! Easy walk to River Run village. Would not be quite as easy in ski boots, at least for those of us not used to ski boots. Mountain house base is not an easy walk. You would want to drive to mountain house base. Really enjoyed our ski vacation!

Plenty of room for our two families to spread out, clean condo and great location. The manager was also very accommodating and helpful with the check in process. We would definitely rent this place again.

We rented this property for a family vacation and were pleased with that choice. The location is a short walk from River Run, the heart of Keystone. The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked and has a fantastic view of the slopes. Our complaints are minor. First, temperature control is a challenge. Even on very cold days, the condo tends to trap heat, with the only real option being to open the windows. This tends to make the condo too cold downstairs. Even when the downstairs was cold, the upstairs tended to still be stuffy and warm. You can cool the separate upstairs bedroom by opening the window, but it is difficult to keep the bunk bed area from becoming stiflingly hot. Our other minor complaint is the check-in process. Given that access to the facility and the condo is through a passcode, I don’t understand why that information cannot be simply emailed to the renter. The current process is more like an older process based on a physical key. You have to go to a separate location with a code (which is actually emailed to you) to retrieve a piece of paper that has codes on it. Seems inefficient. All in all, though, we really enjoyed the condo, would rent again, and would recommend it for anyone with a big family looking to vacation in Keystone.

We rented two condos for our wedding and everyone had a blast. Great place and great service. We’ll be back again in the future.
