The property is gorgeous, serene and well kept. Our lovely1-bed marina view condo was 1/2 mile from the main compound. We saw dolphins every day and walked for miles on the pristine sugar sand beach, across the road. The lanai made the condo perfect.

We booked a long weekend at the property, and the condo was exactly as described.. on the ground floor, steps from the marina. What we didn't know was that the "marina" condos are about a half mile away from the main facilities, beach, pools, restaurants, tiki bar, etc.. We also didn't know that all of the facilities just mentioned were closed for off-season renovation. So, as it turned out, with the exception of a short drive to get to the beach, the property location didn't detract from the experience at the complex. Pricing was adjusted for seasonal rates, and these changes are expected. Overall, we had a very comfortable, quiet and enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful well kept grounds, Lovely resort location. Very comfortable accommodations Only suggestions are Less cluttered kitchen with with cleaner cooking cooking utensils pots and pans Cabinetry is in disrepair and needs attention.

My husband and I chose this property because we really needed a quiet vacation for well-needed rest. We wanted a pretty location on the water that was not high maintenance but felt special. I needed water. He wanted us to not have to dine out three meals per day. A condo on the water was perfect for us. We LOVE this place. It was the right size for two adults and it had everything we could have wanted to feel like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything to make lovely meals. The home had games, puzzles, books, TV, nice lighting, a wonderful king-size bed and lots of closet space. We came in August so we basically had the entire space to ourselves and we really loved that. The Marina pool was perfect for us after each day at the beach. The beaches on Boca Grande are excellent - clean and lovely. The Beach Club which was part of our property was lovely too. The staff, the beach, the tiki bar - it all was just perfect. We are planning on coming back next year. I have never had such a restful vacation.

My family of four with 2 kids under 8 really enjoyed this condo. It was quiet being tucked on the north end of the island but we found the entire area quiet since we stayed in Aug. We rented a golf cart and got snacks from Kappys which is walking distance to condo. Super convenient! The golf cart was fun for going out to eat, visiting the beach and exploring. Boca Grande has plenty of pool options and even a nice playground for small kiddos right down the road from this unit. Big bonus - family of manatees were right outside our door by the dock more than once. We loved it! Unit is clean with all amenities and lots of extra linens. Previous renters broke a drawer and it wasn’t fixed during our stay but we didn’t care, too much fun to be had. I would highly recommend to a couple or anyone with 1-2 small children who can sleep on pullout sofa. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for our long weekend family get away. We rented a golf cart and used it to go to the pool at Boca Grande Club. We also used the smaller pool by our condo. Loved the sunrises. We rented a boat slip at Uncle Henry’s Marina which was conveniently located next to the condo! We will definitely be back!

off season...but GREAT for us. The unit had fantastic sunrise view overlooking marina (i am a boat guy), quiet and peaceful. Access to club pool and beach was no issue as we rented a golf cart (a little pricy). Burgers, salads, and drinks at bar...Super. All staff were nice...we will return...!!!

My husband and I had a fabulous time staying in this lovely condo on the marina. We rented a golf cart from the clubhouse for our stay and it was so much fun living the “island life” during our stay. The beach is just a short distance from the unit. The tiki bar at the main pool area was wonderful and so convenient for drinks/lunch while at the beach and pool for the day. The unit itself had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we asked to add another day to our trip the week before, very much appreciated. We enjoyed the dining in town during our stay. A nice steak dinner at The Pink Elephant, as well as many sunset dinners at South Beach and lunch at The Loose Caboose. We will be back - thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

We loved the condo! The accessibility to the pool/beach was perfect, the views from the condo were beautiful and the condo was clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back!

This was a great stay for us and just what we needed. The beach access was terrific. Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovation and the Tiki bar was closed the days was closed when we were there. But we would definitely come here again.

We had a great stay in this comfortable one bedroom condo. The Boca Grande Club is well managed, and we particularly enjoyed the beach, the tennis, the fitness center, the water aerobics, and of course the Tiki Bar! We would return and/or recommend to friends. A very relaxing vacation.

A nice peaceful stay - my son loved walking down to the marina to look at the manatees every morning. Nice spacious one bedroom! We chose to drive to the beach as it was too far to walk with a toddler - and there wasn’t really a safe place to drive a golf cart. The beach is stunning and amenities were wonderful.

Great stay with all the amenities you could ever need. Wish the weather was better but otherwise a great week in Boca Grande.

The property was super comfortable for us, and for our teenage son who stayed in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked, the back patio was so cozy to sit in and the view of the marina was priceless.

Had a nice view. Clean. Spoke with the rental department and told there were no bikes with this unit. Had a great time. Access to Boca Grande Club was great. Spent everyday on the beach. Would come again.

All went well! Info sheet at condo needs updating. No Keurig , but drip coffee maker worked! Gate code did not work! Had to call guard. Very nice stay! Thank you!

We had a great stay in this marina village condo on beautiful Boca Grande. The location of the condo was great for us as we had friends close by. My children enjoyed watching the boats pull and out in the mornings. The adults enjoyed wine on the deck in the evening. The condo was spacious and clean, I only wish we could have stayed longer! We also really enjoyed being able to use the amenities at the Boca Grande Club, especially the pool. We will definitely be back!!

There is everything one needs to dine in, including an outside gas grill. We used bicycles in the racks outside the condo only to find they were others’ private property which was embarrassing. We’re not sure complimentary bicycles are actually available. The use of the Boca Grande property was fantastic. The pool and staff are warm, nice hot tub and beachfront with lounges, towels and umbrellas really nice. We did not rent a golf cart as we already had a car and those stolen bicycles …… I would have liked two beach chairs in order to sit at other beaches. Other than those little things, Great place - lovely vacation

Comfortable condo on spectacular Gasparilla Island, Boca Grande. Manatees in the marina right outside the condo. Hundreds of manta rays feeding 1’ from shore on the ocean side. Walk for miles on pristine white sand beaches.

The view was beautiful. The grounds very well kept. The house was very clean. Perfect for two people. Boca Grande Club was amazing. We had a great time!

Peaceful location near the Boca Club resort and a short golf cart ride away from the beautiful Boca Grande downtown. Boca Grande is truly "old Florida" at its best and this is a vacation destination to which I will return.
