This property has everything we need for the perfect 2 wks vacation. We love the pool the best. We love having a Publix so close because we do almost all our own cooking. Washer and dryer in condo is super nice too. Close enough to the beach and parks that we ride bikes to them most the time but Lyft has been very convenient too! Adam is super great to work with and we will be back!

We loved the area. We rode bikes every day along McGregor. There was a bike rack close by. We were close to everything we needed and viewed the stairs as exercise!!! Pool and workout room were very nice. The bed was so comfortable we wished we could take it home with us! Adam was a very responsive host and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again.

This is one of our favorite rentals, but wanted to add it's on the 3rd floor. There are great retaurants near the condo. La Casita, Citrola's, Terra Nosta, Dixie Fish House, Parrot Key are minutes from the condo. Take a short drive on Cape Coral Bridge to reach the Monkey Bar and Ford's Garage. Coconut Jack's, Leoni's in Bonita Springs are open, too. ~ Nita D.

The unit was very clean, and nicely decorated. Bed was most comfortable of any offered over our many travels. Unit is small and it’s 36 steps up and 36 down anytime you leave. We aren’t mountain climbers, so this posed a drawback.

Location,location,location
Loved this location. Publix, CVS, gas station and bank right outside of the gated community. Pool and hot tub nicely maintained. 20 minutes from Ft. Myer beach. Host very accommodating! Will recommend for friends and family for a future stay.

We love this area and the accommodations are perfect for our needs! Close enough to the beach but not too close! Close to hiking and shopping too. 3 min walk to Publix for groceries and the $ tree is across the street. We are so comfortable here and Adam has been avail to help us in any way we need! Our 2 nd year here and 3rd year is already booked!

This property was in a safe, clean and quiet area. Close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, walking distance to supermarket and drug store. Great amenities and 2 pools.

Spotless and great location!
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do/see. Our one thing is they could use a checklist or instruction book so we know what is expected at check out. Very comfortable bed as well. The host was good at responding in a timely manner even while he was on vacation. Would highly recommend this place!

Very clean condo in a great location! Short drive to Ft Myers beach, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Lovers Key and close to downtown! 2 pools, awesome gym and clubhouse! Walking distance to Publix and other stores and plazas. Perfect condo for a couple or single person in a well kept gated community.

Great location where you’re close enough to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, but without the crowds. Quick walk to the nice pool area in a quiet community. Adam was a great host and was available to us when we had a very late flight arrival.

Perfect place for all our needs!
This place has all the amenities anyone could need for a relaxing vacation! We are already planning our next vacation and hope to use this place again. Adam was so helpful when we had questions! It's in a great location and close to hiking parks, stores and restaurants. Perfect proximity to beaches, we didn't want to be too close or too far so this was perfect! Pools are clean and the perfect temperature. Really couldn't think of anything more we could have needed.

Great location
Good little condo that was perfect for me and my husband. It very clean and had all the essentials for cooking our own meals. Loved sitting out on the lanai watching the sun set. We wanted to be close to my parents so this location was great. Walking distance to the grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to the bridge over to Cape Coral. We would recommend this property.

Perfect
Everything you could ask for. We felt so at home. Washer/ dryer was a huge plus after coming home everyday after playing in the Roy Hobbs baseball World Series. Well equipped kitchen. Netflix , use of clubhouse, pool and jacuzzi all added to the experience. Location was central to everything.

Lovely condo!
Our stay in Fort Meyers was great! The check-in process was easy. Adam was available by phone with any questions we had. The condo was modern and updated. Very clean! It was about a 20 minute drive to the beach. It was convenient to have access to a grocery store just a block away. Also loved that Adam provided all the stuff we needed for a day at the beach. Only suggestion I would have is just maybe a better stocked kitchen. Wine glasses would have been great! But no big deal. Very impressed with the property.

Fabulous condo, loved our stay!
We had such a great vacation! The condo was fabulous! It was spotless and quiet. We felt right at home. Adam the owner, met us when we first arrived and showed us around. He was so helpful. We never had a problem with anything but knew if something were to come up, Adam was a phone call away. I would definitely stay here again. It was so close to the beaches and restaurants! Just loved our stay!

very nice 1 bedroom condo, with very nice screened porch. 3rd floor in quiet, gated community. large flat-screen TV, with only limited [local] cable stations. excellent location, near grocery store and restaurants. Convenient to MN Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training stadiums, and beaches. Local owner.

Exceptional Place
I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo, and it was immaculate from top to bottom, room to room. The owner was super nice and made a point of letting me know that he is accessible if any issues occurred. Are stay was very relaxing and the accommodations were top of the line. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.

The condo is conveniently located for visiting the Fort Myers area. Close to downtown and the beaches. Can walk to get groceries and supplies. Great pool and we really liked the gym. The pictures do not do it justice. Would definitely stay again when visiting Ft Myers. One minor issue, our GPS took us to Colby St which is not the main entrance. Quick call to Andrew all was resolved.
