The property was incredible. I really liked the room and the quality of service (laundry, breakfast, booking of guided tours, etc.). The receptionist was accommodating and hospitable. She assisted us with buying the tickets to the Memories show and told us a lot about Hoi An. I enjoyed the river view and the convenient location.

Delightful property in lovely setting. The staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable. They were competent, welcoming and friendly and went to extra lengths to make sure breakfast accommodated dietary restrictions.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. The vietnamese breakfast was very delicious. I got very useful recommendations about where to go and what to do. There are bicycles for free which I used frequently.

It was beautiful and peaceful, and in a great spot on the river a bit away from the touristy old town close to some great restaurants. The staff were delightful and super helpful.

It was about a 10 min hike ride/half hour walk from old town, but I much preferred being out of town as I found it extremely busy and touristy, and liked the area near the river much better, it was lovely and more peaceful. I note there are no lifts and three levels, but that wasn’t an issue for me.

Poor breakfast options- esp if non dairy diet. Most breakfast items were egg variations. Coffee and tea very poor. Hotel car instead of taxi to airport was a bad decision. Driver was poor, driving too fast and hard breaking constantly. And on his mobile texting and making/receiving calls which isnt acceptable, safe or professional. Reception staff did not offer a warm farewell which is a pity as other staff were very pleasant on other days.

location is good little bit far from central but I could lent cycle .it’s take 10min by cycle . it was quiet and there was bath tub . it was so comfortable for last of the day . there were cafe and restraint and mini store near the hotel .that’s good .

I expected buffet for breakfast.but I had to order every time .that’s uncomfortable. one of stuff watching YouTube at front desk . there was no conditioner in my room . I expected more amenity .if they have body cream or souvenir things is better

This place was in a perfect location and exceptional value. The hotel was very quiet guest wise. The facilities were excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was great with excellent views and exceptionally clean. I could not fault the place. Even the TV was setup for plenty of selection and free movies

Charming villa on the river’s edge. The location is ideal as it is tranquil, and only a short cycle to the old town (free bike use). The staff here are absolutely lovely! They were always very welcoming and accommodating — from dealing with dietary requirements at breakfast to lending cash for a Grab delivery. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The water pressure in the shower was a little low.

The location was super. A 10 minute walk out of busy Hoi An along the river. Ideal spot for a morning jog. Staff was fantastic. There to help you all the time. Super big room with a view over the river. Free bicycles and a great breakfast included. We'll be back next year.

Excellent staff and service - staff will go over and beyond to assist where possible. The breakfast cook does the best banana pancake :) Beautiful, charming villa. Great pool.

Very stylish and well appointed little Hotel. Its about 15 or 20 minutes walk from the heart of Old town but that was perfect for our family of 4. The area felt very safe and there are plenty of food and drink options within 5 minutes walk. Phu the young girl at the front desk speaks good English as was a great help to us providing directions, arranging scooters, transfers etc. I looked at a lot of options before deciding on Roxana River Villa's and was completely happy with my choice. Would definitely stay there again. They also have single speed push bikes free for guests which was an added bonus!

The hotel is situated on a quiet laneway along the Thu Bồn River with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, spacious with good view of the river. The breakfast is served with delicious pho and other western type breakfast. The hotel provides bicycles for us to explore around the Hoi An town. Overall, great place to stay with top notch service. We would definitely come back to stay at this hotel in our future visit to this beautiful Hoi An town.

Stayed at the Roxana for 5 nights, amazing hotel, staff and location. Hotel is new and has great quality for a medium cost level place. The staff with ms Phoung where very attentive and helpful.
