the place was super good. All the staff were very nice the location was also good 5 mins to the main square more or less.

Great location- only 3 mins walk away from blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Close to main visiting sites 10 min walk from Grand bazaar. The hotel had good decor and design Really nice breakfast with ample choice. One of the best coffee's in hotel🙂 The staff on reception and kitchen were so helpful,friendly and accomodating with requests. I would recommend and stay again if revisiting. Thank you to all the staff at Nayla Palace.

Requested ground floor room for convenience but unfortunately meant sacraficing a view and waa facing another apartment and blocked view/ natural light which was disappointing, did request to change to better room but told none available. The bathroom felt quite cold when temperature dropped and not having any heating system meant there was nothing to be done when needing to use facilities.😒

Excellent location in the old town, just a few steps away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Apart from the main sights, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Staff was more than friendly and helpful with minor problems that we had, especially receptionist Necati who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

There is a restaurant on the fifth floor that plays music all day so at times there is more noise in the hotel than one would expect.

Location is amazing! Just 5 minutes walk from Blue Mosque and Aia Sofia. We also appreciated the upgrade of our room and the early breakfast (very good menemen) we had. The staff is really helpful👍

We arrived early. We'd travelled for 50hrs and had food poisoning from a flight and the reception basically avoided us. We almost slept on their floor. There was no attempt to get a room too quickly as the room we finally got was vacated 2hrs before we got it. I didn't feel any real compassion or service.

perfect location; very clean; parking place in front of the hotel, in the heart of the old city; very nice and helpful staff. we even had a flat tire that the reception boy solved in 10 minutes on Sunday! pricesless!!! we surely get back at this same hotel!

The hotel looks absolutely different as on the pictures on booking.com: very used and not very clean. Room: small, all furniture used and not very clean. No rabish basket in the room, only a small one in the toilette. No table where you can use yor PC. The entrance to our room was from the hotel bar: you cannot sleep during the night. This variant is really for travellers who set saving only on top of their priorities during the trips.
