Fantastic location. Within walking distance to many attractions. Extremely pleasant and professional staff.

Rooms were a little cramped. And walls are really thin. Things can get noisy and disturbing if you get unlucky with unruly neighbors in the room upstairs.

Camera molto pulita con angolo cottura, con la presenza di ottimi elettrodomestici (tostapane, microonde, macchina per il caffè, ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli con diffusore), attrezzato per preparare piccoli pasti soprattutto per chi ha bambini. Bella posizione nel tranquillo quartiere degli antiquari a 7/10 minuti a piedi da Istiklal Caddesi. La nostra camera era silenziosa nonostante fossimo al primo piano con affaccio su strada principale. Ma il punto di forza di questi mini appartamenti è il personale. Sono stati tutti molto gentili e attenti a qualsiasi richiesta, situazione e consiglio: un’assistenza speciale ma senza invadenza.Lavorare a contatto con il pubblico è sempre difficile, ma loro erano sempre disponibili e gentilissimi. Sicuramente torneremo a Istanbul e sceglieremo di nuovo la stessa struttura. Grazie di cuore a tutti.

Original hotel with character, nicely decorated and fully equipped. good location, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Our stay was too short (2 nights), the place is ideal for a longer stay. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Staff was amazing. Location is perfect- very close to Istiklal, yet super quiet neighbourhood. Nice breakfast. As with any property in the area, you will hear morning prayers but the insulation is good so it would not wake you up.

The bed was comfy but may need an upgrade. I could feel some of the springs of the mattress.

Ο ξενώνας είναι ίσως η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε στην πόλη. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό, πρόθυμο και πολύ φιλικό. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πλήρες, καθαρό και πολύ άνετο. Επίσης αν και διστάσαμε στο κλείσιμο, πως θα είναι θορυβώδες λόγω παλαιότερων σχολίων, το δωμάτιο μας ήταν ήσυχο αν και στον πρώτο όροφο. Το πρωινό είναι πλήρες και πολύ καλής ποιότητας. Τέλος η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι η ιδανική, μιας και σε 7 λεπτά βγαίνεις στον πεζόδρομο του Taxim, αλλά και η γειτονιά είναι όμορφη και γραφική χωρίς την τουριστική φασαρία της παλαιάς πόλης.

Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει ένα ενιαίο στρώμα στο διπλό κρεβάτι, που κατά τα άλλα ήταν πολύ άνετο.

The property is clean and well organized. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff. Good location.

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options and very attentive staff. The location was great - very central. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was soundproofed from the outside so the traffic and street noise were never an issue.

The carpet wasn't clean and they gave me slippers stained yellow (they were replaced the next day!). There was a power outage on my last evening and the generator was unbelievably loud so I couldn't get to sleep until gone 3 am. Also, I was directly next to the door and could hear whenever people were coming or going and sometimes they returned gone 1am so I was pretty tired by the end of my stay. I wouldn't recommend for business travel.

perfect location - walking distance to main attractions and very central (~30-35 min to Aya Sofia even though you need to cross Galata Bridge, Dolmabahce Palace, 5 min to Istiklal street for shopping, etc) and you better prepare to walk a lot as traffic is a nightmare in the afternoon incredibly friendly and helpful staff - the reception guy even walked us to the nearest café at 10pm upon arrival for a quick meal great breakfast with a wide variety of homemade food very stylish little hotel with its own spirit and nicely decorated rooms - extremely clean great value for money

This boutique hotel was everything and more we could have hoped for from the moment we entered the front reception - the interior is beautifully decorated with comfort being a priority.

DasPersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Trotz der belebten Lage war es sehr ruhig, da die Fenster gut isoliert sind.

Ein paar mehr Ablageflächen und Haken im Bad wären gut. Außerdem war das Zimmer leider etwas zu voll gestellt mit Möbeln, die nicht gebraucht werden (Stuhl und kleiner Tisch).

Everything was so good. Truly what you think of when you hear "boutique hotel". Great location, right in the middle of a trendy, artistic neighborhood (warning, this meant there was a lot of activity late into the night, but you could barely hear it from our room). Fantastic breakfast, in a beautiful dining room. The rooms were small, but well equipped (although a little bit too cramped with everything they fit in), and the space limitations are understandable given the type of building and location. Be aware that the neighborhood is in the middle of a hill, high incline walking to get anywhere is required, but you're not more than 5 blocks away from Istanbul's main avenue and transportation. The staff was amazing and helpful. Special thanks to the woman who waited with us at 3am until our taxi to the airport arrived and gave us some biscuits for the road, I wish I'd gotten her name.

This facility explain how the host are making the entire difference and experience of the stay We have stayed for 3 nights and the host and the staff were so helpful for every single thing. Starting from checking in towards all the logistics and supporting during the daily activities and checking out. I never felt so welcomed in any place before like this.

A bit noisy neighborhood, tight spaces and one of the bathrooms was very dark

Small, cozy and authentic hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Individual AC works perfect. It is important to take into consideration the building was constructed in 18th century with no elevator (but staff will always help with luggage). And the area around is quite hilly.

So the hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of the room and everything offered by the hotel. Great for adults and our big room was very comfortable for us as a family . Was surprised by how small the stairs were but it grew up on us . Breakfast was nice . Hotel is a small building by itself and facing it is a paid parking if you're renting a car ( 250 TL per day). The hotel theme is nice and artistic .

The location is right next to Istiklal street which is not ideal for small children but great for Adults . Wasn't a big fan of the area surrounding the hotel but would imagine Europeans and Westerners would like it more.

Incredibly hospitable and helpful staff. The immediate neighborhood was wonderful to discover.

I like the place in general

We didn't like 2 things there was no lift and my sister has a knee problem, and the second thing there was no Ac in the bed room but instead in the opposite one. However the manager emere and his assistant tried there best to assist us and we thank them for that.

What a fantastic find... a superb little hotel. Where to start? let's start with the breakfast which was a tour de force. Every morning an amazing array of delicious fresh Turkish mezze, pancakes, cakes, cheeses, meats, little stuffed rolls , little pastry bites -. Fresh eggs cooked anyway you wanted and fresh drinks hot and cold. .. a huge offering of deliciousness; I honestly think these were the biggest breakfasts I ever ate. The hotel is decorated in a quirky and fascinating Turkish style, with vintage items , including costumes, dotted around and there are two beautiful outside spaces too. And to round it all off the staff was just lovely, couldn't have been more helpful .. A Special call out for their shining star, Murat. Room was great.

If I had to say something (and it didn't really affect our stay) I would say little maintenance issues.. the step in the dining room needed repair, loo seat far to small for the toilet and not properly affixed.
