Nice hotel. It needs a bit of renovation.

Beautiful view, location, staff and great rooftop

The room rate is very expensive

It was 25 degrees when we arrived but the outside pool had been emptied and the roof top bar and restaurant was closed for a refurb. These are the two facilities that made us choose the hotel. Had we known they wouldn’t be operational we would have chosen a different hotel and not paid 300 Euros per night!

Отличное месторасположение, учтивый и приветливый персонал отеля, мы жили на executive floor, ресторан на этаже был очень удобный и шикарным видом на Босфор.

Обслуживание в лобби баре очень долгое, не все что мы заказали принесли, но мы не стали напоминать, чтоб дольше не ждать. Хотели попробовать ресторан шале, но у сожалению он был закрыт а персонал консьержа это не знал.

Otelin manzarası muhteşem, odaları ortamı her yeri güzel ve şık. Otelde her şey düşünülmüş. Odada ütü masasından kirli torbasına kadar her şey fazlasıyla vardı. Oda oldukça büyük ve ferahtı. Deniz manzaralı olarak yaptığım rezervasyon için verilen odada yattığım yerden değil, tekli koltuğa oturduğum zaman manzara görebiliyordum. Odaların içi restorandan açıkça görülüyor. Yattığınız yerden restoran kalabalık mı diye kontrol edebilirsiniz mesela. Rahatça giyinmek için güzel perdeler koymuşlar. (İyi tarafından bakayım dedim) Kahvaltı büfesi oldukça yeterliydi. Spa bölümü güzeldi. Bornozlar terlikler her şey verildi. Her alanda Personel çok ilgiliydi. Çıkış yaparken benimle ilgilenen resepsiyon görevlileri her konuda bilgi aldılar.

Akşam yemeği tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Sabrosa restoranı denemiş bulundum. Yediğim en kötü yaprak sarmasıydı. Domates çorbası biraz soğuk ve lapaydı. Mezeler lezzetsiz ve katılaşmış, inanamadım gördüklerime. Üstelik tam akşam yemeği saatinde oldu bunlar. Nerdeyse hepsini tabaklarda bıraktım. Keşke hint restoranı madhus u deneseydim. Oranın çok iyi yorumları vardı. İkisi dışında açık restoran yoktu içeride. Kahvaltı için istediğim şey basit bir omlet. Onun da içi pişmemişti. Resepsiyondaki kız, işlemimiz bittiği halde otelle ilgili hiçbir bilgi verme zahmetine girmedi. Haliyle yemek saatlerini restoranları sorduğumda ters bi şekilde Qr koddan bakabileceğimi söyledi. Otelin sisteminin gittiğini oda kartımı veremeyeceğini iletti. Kendisi odama kartın teslim edileceğini söyledi. Aradan saatler geçmesine rağmen teslim edilmedi. Dışarda işim vardı gidip geldikten sonra kendim resepsiyondan aldım. Otelin bizzat kendi otoparkı olmasına rağmen 500 tl ücret talep ediliyor. Wifi a bağlanıyorum. Altta premium internet diye ücretli seçenek çıkıyor. Yani daha iyi internet için ekstra ödeme mi yapmalıyım? Oda ücretini ödediğim halde, Otele girişte 2000 tl provizyon çektiler. Hanı minibardan yer içerim de ödemeden kaçarım diye herhalde. Bu paramızı alamayacağız korkusu yaşayan otelleri de bir tek istanbulda görürsünüz. Kapalı havuz çok sevimsiz. Bi tarafı spor salonu bi tarafı düz duvar. Salondaki insanlar sizi izliyor. İstanbul gibi çoğu zaman açık havuza girilemeyen bi şehirde en azından kapalı havuzun güzel olması gerekmez miydi?

Despite paying a significant amount for a room with a Bosporus view for my birthday, the experience was far from satisfactory. The room assigned to us was located directly next to the tennis court, and the light from the court flooded into the room, making it impossible to enjoy the promised Bosporus view. Even I was speaking the local language I couldn’t manage to get any solution with the reception. Closing the curtains meant sacrificing the view, while keeping them open turned the room into a brightly lit space reminiscent of a football field – not conducive to relaxation. I grew up in Istanbul and this hotel was always been my grandads favourite for different occasions. I had stayed many different 5 star hotels in the world including different Swiss hotels, this one was the far worst one I have ever experienced. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I must say, I expected a more enjoyable and carefully curated stay, especially given the occasion. Also the reception was in renevotion and thousands of people were standing all the time . It made the experience even worse.

The bed was not comfortable i could not sleep because of over used mattress which is bend in the middle. The lobby is under renovation!! The strangest thing was that the hotel policy !! No receipt for gust how booked his stay thru booking.com The checkout receipt shall be taken by booking.com as hotel claimed !! Which is new to me😵‍💫

Окна частично выходили на здание отеля, при открытом окне очень шуми система кондиционирования

The lobby was grat, breakfast excellent, amazing room, fantastic SPA and wellness center, plenty of taxis available.

Es war alles super. Das Personal super freundlich und das Zimmer war high end. Es hat nichts gefehlt!

The view is second to none. We found the staff very friendly and accommodating.

It was very corporate & lacked any feel of luxury touches. Typically in a premium or a suite in other hotels we are greeted with fruits & snacks. Here we were rationed even for the number coffee capsules - we had to ask for more almost every day. We used the club lounge every day and for people who stay long periods like us, will notice that the food not that varied.

الفندق رائع من حيث الاطلالة وتعامل الموظفين والنظافة ، كان حجزنا غرفة زاوية مطله على البسفور وعملوا لنا ترقية لشقة مطلة على البسفور في المبنى الثاني كانت جدا جميله ومريحة وهادئة . اخص بالشكر الجزيل للانسة شيماء والانسة ايمان قمة في الذوق ورقي التعامل كانوا معنا على تواصل طوال فترة اقامتنا ، بصراحة جدا جداً رائعتين . يستحقون الثناء الكبير . وكان عندنا مناسبة ذكرى زواجنا وارسلوا لنا كيكة على الغرفة بهذه المناسبة . شكرا فندق سويس اوتيل على حسن الضيافة ❤️
