Property was great in every way-comfy, close to metro, nice neighbourhood, host was helpful
We liked everything but be aware the property is up three flights of stairs so not suitable for everyone

Clean, airy, comfortable apartment on a quiet street in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, boulangeries, grocery stores. A short walk to two metro lines with easy access to all parts of the city. Wonderful host.

We had a great time at Jim's apartment! He was easy to get a hold of ahead of our stay and was waiting at the property when we arrived to give us the key. He was also accessible by Whatsapp the entire time, in case anything came up.
The apartment was very clean, spacious, and the building itself was well maintained and on a very quiet street. We loved the neighbourhood as it had lots of great restaurants, bars, and cafes and stations for the line 2 and 3 metros were just a few blocks away from the apartment.
Would highly recommend Jim's apartment to anyone coming to Paris who wants a more 'local experience' while still being able to easily access the city's big sights. We'll stay here again for sure!

The location was very close to many good bars, restaurants and grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and comfortable, as described. Jim, who met us to hand over keys, was a very friendly and kind host. Answered any questions we had and offered some good recommendations. The beds were comfortable, the place was cozy and offered plenty of space. Two different metro stations within short walking distance. I have nothing negative to say about this stay and location.

This is a spacious and well- located apartment . There are shops and restaurants near by and it is only a 10/15 minute walk to Place de la Republique. There are two Metro stations within 5 minutes walk and so travel to the centre of Paris and other areas was easy.
My fellow travellers did not like the numerous flights of stairs up to the apartment . One of them would also have liked more pillows.

the appartment was not very clean and several equipments are vetuste and in need of refurbishment/change (eg: sofa, bathroom sink). Cheap furniture. The only annoying aspect concerne the bed linen (clean but full of stains and poor quality)

The apartment is spacious, has 2 toilets and was v clean. Fully equipped kitchen and even had Nespresso coffee machine.
I would certainly stay here again.

Jim and Brenda were easy to deal with and very pleasant! it was a nice little space with multiple mini rooms. Very quiet street and apartment faced sunny and quiet internal courtyard. Pics and descriptions were realistic. apartment was clean. Great Ecuadorian restaurant around the corner! Would happily stay again.
spiral stairs were a bit rickety and tricky for kids. wish the location were a bit more central.

it was newly reformed. modern decoration. Confortable beds and couch. Trendy neighborhood and near 2 different subway stations.
it is located on the 3rd floor and lacks an elevator but it was not a big deal.

The apartment is located in a quiet street without car traffic, in a very nice neighborhood. The apartment is very bright. There are several supermarkets around the corner (including a vegetarian supermarket) and restaurants, also several subway stations. It is a good starting point to explore the city.
The apartment is beautiful and tasteful. Those spending time there with several people should take into account that it is one open space over two floors and there is no space to have real privacy.
The stairs and the railing in the apartment is very wobbly.
On Booking.com there are also a few photos of rooms that do not exist in the apartment.

Beautiful spacious duplex flat, at the end of a dead end street so no traffic noise.
The apartment is stylish and well equipped. the staircase to clim is a bit of a thing but if you can manage this place is much larger than the average Parisian flats.
Staircase up to the second level is not the safest

Jim was a perfect host and Joey looked after us with great consideration and generosity. Key handover and checkout went just great. The apartment is a true stunner, good beds and amenities, nicely designed and perfectly located - quiet, all shops nearby, excellent transport access. Very nice neighbourhood. Perfect! Thanks for hosting us so nicely.
The nespresso cartridges as a welcome topped it all!
