Host is very helpful and very friendly. The location is very convenient, you can get BTS just outside of the property. The bar located at the ground floor serves good foods, good draft beers and good live musics. There's convenience store just at the parking entrance. Highly recommended.

Staff were helpful and quick to respond. Also the location is great if you want to be central but removed slightly from the main tourist areas. If more care was placed on room maintenance this would have been somewhere we would have returned to many times as the staff, facilities and location are very good.

Worn and poorly maintained decoration and fittings in the room. That said we did move to a better room after requesting, as the carpets were so dirty we just couldn't relax or enjoy the space. Slightly overpriced for the condition of the rooms.

With my wife, we stayed at Sky Villas for six nights at the middle of February 2020. It was a very good experience! The property is very good managed. We arrived earlier, fortunately our apartment was already waiting for us. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and very calm. The kitchen is fully equipped – we found anything we needed. The location is perfect. The nearest BTS station /Chong Nonsi/ is 5-8 minutes on foot. There are a very good supermarket /Tops market/ and a Food court in Empire Tower, which is just before the BTS station, no more than five minutes on foot. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and recommend it to other travelers.
