Comfortable stay near the town. The owner Tushara and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I truly liked everything about the property and their offerings. I travelled alone and selected this great Boutique Hotel through a reference and I really want to appreciate their commendable service which actually made my stay pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and the Brand-New Beds and mattresses are super comfy.

Absolutely nothing to complain. The property owner Mr. Thushara is truly a superb and friendly Host with full of experience in Customer Service and Hospitality Industry. Even the rest of team members were always ready to assist the Guests at all times. There were many other guests during my stay, and I noticed those staff members were so efficient by looking after all other Guests with the right attitude.

Windsor Residence has been Fully Renovated and has reopened with a Great New Look. The Room, Bathroom, and all other attached amenities are just perfect. We noticed that they have looked in to every little detail while renovating and it has given a completely New Look. We Enjoyed a Superb English Breakfast and it was actually one of the Best that we experienced. Location is definitely a Plus point as it doesn’t even take a minute walk to the main Town. The Property Owner Mr. Thushara is an amazing person, who is fully committed to serve their guests to the maximum along with rest of his energetic team members. The newly built Board Room and the Karaoke lounge is one of the best experiences that we’ve had. The entire property is super clean, Neat and Cozy. We wish Mr. Thushara and his great Team to have all the courage and determination to reach their next level of Objectives really soon… We will surely visit and stay at Windsor Residence Nuwara Eliya when we visit SL next year !!!!
