Beautiful location opposite a small canal, close proximity to bus transportation. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was very good. Simple, but good quality and eggs freshly cooked.

The girl on reception wasn’t very friendly. The room was smaller than expected and the terrace was actually a public space. But it’s winter so I guess that didn’t really matter. There was a large armchair in the room which didn’t really have a function except to take up even more of the limited space. No full length mirror, which when your only reason for being there is a social event, would have been preferable.

Nice room , modern furniture, cleaned every day and the breakfast was good .

The only thing that's bad is that the hotel is a little far from the center and the transportation is very complicated .

No fridge in the room. Strange breakfast. For me was far from Amsterdam city center, but it's not hotels fall.

it‘s nicely located next to canal in the residential neighborhood of Amstelveen, about 10 min from the (small) center and 15 min from the bus station, room was clean, staff (not overwhelmingly) friendly

room is quite shady and small, very tight bathroom, almost no space between toilet and shower, no cabin door, bathroom is flooded after shower

the staffs are friendly, it’s a boutique hotel, so there is no lift inside. the design of the hotel is beautiful

the location is about 50 minutes by bus and train from the central unlike what was in booking being 1400 ft away.

Shower was perfect and the beds were comfortable. Location is 15min away from the airport.

It's a family hotel. Kids and family are pretty noisy. Parking is limited.

We have searched for the hotel in the last minute. Super location - quiet, Amstelveen is great suburb of Amsterdam. Since we had car, we had no problems to travel to city center. Nice staff, beds very good, everything clean. Good breakfast - eggs, cheese, salami, jam - everything.

TV not working, very hot in the room without AC

Quiet location, available parking place around the corner, clean room, good breakfast.

Before coming to the hotel we made a reservation for another 2 days. And we had to change the room! I do not understand it. We had to pack our things, the staff had to change linen and clean the room...unpleasant for both sides.

The bed was soft and big. . Location is good. 20 min wall from tram 5 link to Joordan(city of Amsterdam).

The staff need to speak english for tourists. Only a lady speak english. They don't help you to much with any information. And more smile need. The room did not have mirror, and the mirror from bathroom was down against the wall. The TV not have cable and remote control.The toillete cover have movement from joint. Is not fixed. And is too small for a normal person.

Fantastic location.

I felt that the breakfast times were not very good, I had an early check out at 7am but the breakfast was only open from 8am until 10.30am, with this hotel being so close to the airport and people maybe needing to leave early like myself then maybe a earlier opening time would be helpful.

Good breakfast, room was quiet enough and it was close to Amsterdam. 20 minutes bus ride to the center. The place is very close to the center of Amstelveen where there are some nice restaurants and pubs where you can go for drinks or dinner in the evening.

TV in our room did not work, but that wasn't an issue for us, though it might be for other people. Bathroom did not have a mirror, instead a mirror was leaned against the wall on the table in the room. Owner made us pay upfront, we did not have the option to pay at the end. The owner who was the one to check us in didn't really speak English. There didn't seem to be enough parking places for all the guests. Luckily we found a place on site but the first night we were lucky that the owner was about to leave so we were able to take his parking place.
