Location is quite nice, you can easily get to the city center by tram in 20 minutes. Clean room, we had enough space for three adults and one luggage. If you need hairdryer you have to take it from the reception with deposit what is a bit inconvenient.

The location is great. It is about 6 tram stops south of Zuid station, which has a regular service to Schiphol Airport, just one stop away, There are frequent tram services: 1 terminates at Zuid, but the second continues all the way to the centre of Amsterdam, passing through the museum quarter. The Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam is located 1 tram stop south of Zuid so the location of the hotel is great for anyone visiting it. Breakfast is a typical cold continental one: the croissants were excellent and the coffee machines provided decent coffee too. There was always enough seating (even when a coach party all came down to breakfast at nearly the same time one day). Another excellent feature of the hotel is the self-service lockers that are provided: this enabled one to check-out and spend a full day sightseeing in Amsterdam before leaving for the airport.

Not many negatives to report. My shower door had a 1 cm gap at the bottom, so I manged to flood the bathroom floor with water on first usage - I made sure that my subsequent showers did not fire water at the door! The rooms are a little on the small side but a double room with just one person in was fine. The area is very residential and there are not many places to eat within walking distance. The restaurant in the building next door was nice, but had a very limited (and rather expensive) menu.

Nous connaissons les Hôtels Ibis - nous ne sommes jamais déçus car nous nous informons surtout de l'emplacement en rapport avec ce que nous faisons - Là c'était pour le Marathon et très bon emplacement.

On a tout apprécié - le petit déjeuner copieux, excepté qu'à l'accueil, personne ne parle le français et que nous avons eu une difficulté pour un malentendu, mais ça n'est pas important..... tout est arrangé.

Sehr sauber und gut ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Amsterdams Museumsplein ist direkt mit der Tram erreichbar. Auch einen Bummel durch das ausgedehnte Einkaufszentrum in Amstelveen Stadshart ist zu empfehlen.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück. Der Kaffee war gut, und die angebotenen Speisen von der Frische her einwandfrei. Ich hätte mir noch eine oder mehr Eierspeisen gewünscht, die vielleicht auch auf Anfrage zubereitet werden. (Food-Waste) Eventuell auch ein wechselndes Angebot von regionalem Gebäck (Pannenkoeken oder Poffertjes)

Located at a quiet place but easy access to the city centre by tram line 5 or 25 or to station zuid and taking the NS train to the airport,the Kronenburg tram station just opposite the hotel. I took uber for several times from airport to hotel which costs about 22~35€, was just about 15mins drive since we have young children travel along. The beds and room are clean and very comfortable, we had good rest everyday after exploring Amsterdam. Check in and our process was very quick and the staffs were friendly. Good hotel experience in amsterdam! It's definitely a Gem in amsterdam!

No hot water in the evening,.only microwave. No table in 3 single beds triple room. Breakfast quality was just basic, but can't complain much for its room price which includes breakfast.

The staff were helpful and the hotel was easily accessible by tram. Nice to have a small shop on the ground floor.

Maybe a few more hot breakfast options would have been nice.

The room that we were given was barely big enough for two people. With three of us in there, there was no room for us to move around. It was a poor decision from whomever decided that would be suitable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was far to hard and I’m sure I wouldn’t have been any more uncomfortable sleeping on the floor. I was very disappointed that there was no soap supplied in the rooms for washing your hands after using the toilet. There was body wash in the room but that’s no suitable for washing hands sufficiently. We needed up buying our own. The location is more on the outskirts of the city centre and I personally found it a bit of a hassle having to get multiple trams to get to and from the city centre. In fairness, it doesn’t look that bad on the map.

Location is outside the central, about 30 min commute. Good thing the tram station was only 3 min walk away.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with much needed A/C. The hotel was very close to the tram line which was ideal for getting in and out of the city. There was a shop in the lobby for basic snacks and drinks.

A tap in the lobby/hall to fill up a water bottle would have been nice-there was a tap in the breakfast area but it was closed off. Water was expensive to buy. I personally didn't find the breakfast great.. unless you like meat and cheese sandwiches and very hard boiled eggs. A toaster, some chopped fruit and more than 2 cereals would have been great.

I expected a certain quality that was missing. there were some stores and restaurants nearby.

cost to park was 12.50. the room had two single beds with worn out mattresses. there was a table but no chair. shower gel was in tubes but the shower had to shelf to put soap. tv had limited channels. the price of a coke in the lobby was over 5 euros for a half liter bottle. room was over priced.
