Spacious apartments, lots of storage space, toilet separate from shower room.

Cofee machine did not work properly and was not fixed even after we complained. Loud music in the restaurant/conference rooms on weekend evenings.

It was lovely and the staff were very helpful.

250 euros for 1 night on the 8th floor and having airco that barely works is unacceptable. I barely slept with windows open and I had to be sharp to have a day of continous meetings.

The door thresholds to the WC and shower room are too high, they are trip hazards according to British building standards, I hurt my toes on these many times. The hand held shower head should have been mounted on the wall at a height where it could be used as a standard shower. This is because the rain shower arrangement is not practical when ladies want to keep their hair dry! There were not enough towel rails and clothes hooks in the shower room, to accommodate 3 ppl towels, hand towel, and clothes while changing. (From an Architect!)

The room was big. Shower room is comfortable. For the money paid, in the context of Amsterdam, and further location was ok.

Horrible smell in the apartment, maybe the drains or cooking from last people to staying the room. Plates and knives were filthy upon arrival, had to clean them to use them. Location somewhat out the way, but I suppose you pay for what you get.

Very spacious studio with great kitchen and living area. Peaceful location. Staff all very helpful. Room very clean too.

A bit too far from city and no obvious places to eat in the evening. But trams were good just would have been nice to walk to some restaurants but didn't really affect our stay too much.

operating the microwave oven was a little bit tricky and the manual wasn’t helpful not enough toilet paper for a long stay beforehand - of course, we got more without any issues from reception

The apartment was nice and clean. All the Apartment facilities were excellent. Loved the location, it is quiet and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Facilities are provided as per specification. Good environment n neibourhood. 5 to 8 mins walking distance to nearest train station.

1. Pre-arrival: Days before our arrival, but still outside of the deadline for full payment, and when we were still at sea, we needed to cancel the 6th night of April 21 but an erroneous deadline tag on our reservation made through Booking.com was preventing us from doing so. In desperation, I managed to get it sorted, with much goodwill on the part of the Adagio team in sorting it out with the Booking.com people. 2. Front Desk/Welcome: The staff most helpful at all times, from helping with directions for me (my husband is partially disabled) for getting groceries (COVID measures still but partially in place for in-dining), getting on the right bus to Keukenhof, booking taxis and suggestions for sightseeing for me. I don't know all the names of all of your Team members, but Taras and Oksana (?) were most helpful. 3. The Studio: corner unit on quiet street with excellent Wi-fi and A/C Exactly as in the photos! This large Superior Studio was exactly what we needed and it did not disappoint! - the King size bed was most comfortable - white linens nice and crisp, white towels fluffy-enough - pillows comfortable but we needed two more and they were delivered next day - lots of storage space for those who need a longer stay - kitchen: well stocked (missing 3 teaspoons I noticed!) with good quality cookware/dinnerware/glassware - Nespresso machine: complimentary pods and teabags / cream & sugar/Stevia - bathroom: large shower stall with rainfall or hand-held shower, hairdryer - toilet + sink separate - elevator and entry by secure key-card 4. Bar: - still closed due to COVID, but large selection of cold drinks (incl. beer & wine) available for purchase at Reception, as well as delicious pizza! I could go on, but really wanted to point out these main points which made our stay very comfortable.

Through no fault of Adagio, the restaurant/bar was closed (still under COVID guidelines), though drinks available for purchase. I only ticked the Location box 3 out of 4 stars as we arrived by taxi. Any guest arriving by own car can use Private car park (at a fee). Closest grocery store nearby but still a decent walking distance for senior people like us with walking difficulties! Nothing else comes to mind!

apartment was smelling when we entered for the first time. we couldn’t figure out the reason but when we wanted to use shower we found the drainage was open in both bathrooms. We called the receptions and a person came amd comfirmed the reasom for smell . we expext it to be ready.

Room was very well setup, I felt at home immediately. Kitchen was very well equipped, I especially liked the presence of a Nespresso machine. Isolation from outside noises was excellent, the best I ever experienced so far! Breakfast was very nice, with scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, toast, fruits and a lot more…

The WiFi was a disaster, from bedroom it was almost unusable, from the kitchen connection was ok, but would drop off unexpectedly multiple times, and would come back on again only after a few minutes… very very annoying! I had to go to the hall several times in order to get a decent connection. The warm water supply at the sink of the bathroom didn’t work very well, however the one in the kitchen worked fine.
